House was nice and comfortable. All the amenities you need. Great for large families. Not much seating for meals upstairs but large table on pool deck. Water at the dock to clean fish would be handy. I would highly recommend this house. Excellent for fishing and pool time. Communication with host was easy and fast.

Very lovely property! The advertisement pictures were very accurate as what to expect with the house. Very nice place to settle into and make memories with extended family. The location was beautiful well maintained. A little too warm out in June for us to use the fire pit, but we enjoyed the assorted bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and played for hours in the pool, which was the perfect temperature. Plenty of fresh beach towels and life jackets for our large group. Loved the large outdoor table for dinner every night. A new Publix a few miles away was also very convenient.

This was a perfect spot for a few families to meet up and bring boats and water toys. Great tiki area and dock space, the pool is huge. Just a heads up, the noseeums were really bad so try to get in before dark or stay under tiki where the fans are

This place has it all. Beautiful well equipped home with a peaceful view and neighborhood. The pool is huge and plenty of bikes, cayaks and other equipment. We paddle boarded out to the end of the canal and met the local friendly dolphin every day. Manatees around the dock and even caught some trout with a local fishermen, which we are for lunch. We rented a boat( just a few minutes away from the house) and made our way to the private beaches at Casa Cayo. We would love to come back next spring. We would just bring bug spray, because the “noseeums” sure loved us.
