Nestled amongst the trees across the road from the ever popular surf beach of Inverloch sits this 3 bedroom holiday home.
Featuring an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a spacious treed backyard for games or enjoying a post beach day feed. The bathroom with a separate shower and bath has double door access perfect for washing the sand off your toes after a morning swim.

A 5 minute drive into the township of Inverloch which offers plenty of cafes, restaurants and local shops to wander and amble through. Whilst being positioned across the road from the beach you can forget the nightmare of having to find a carpark or lugging all of your gear a long distance.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Really loved our much needed stay away from the hustle and bustle of city. Great place to escape. Whole family loved it.

Great location, and characterful retro vibe to the house. Unfortunately there was a dead mouse in the bath, and quite a lot of rodent droppings in the bathroom and elsewhere, including the mantle-piece. Smelt a bit because of this. Oustide maintenance was needed, but we would certainly come back to the location.

Bedroom one with walk in robe was good. Shower in bathroom had excellent pressure. Would recommend for a couple, short stay.

Lovely place to stay. Very homey and the fireplace and living area was very cosy. Downsides were that the wifi wasn't set up and didn't work at all but everything else was fine.

The house is on a lovely quiet road which was just perfect for us. Although as we arrived in the dark it was a little hard to spot which house it was, maybe a reflector number on mail box that stands out a bit more?

Loved staying at the Lohr Drive house Very restful feel and Garden was nice but needed weeding Having the deck out the front was great - an ideal spot to sit and relax!! Would love to return one day

We had a pleasant stay. The house was very neat and tidy. All the kitchen utensils and cutleries were thoroughly cleaned. The communication with Olivia, the owner was great, too. My family and I had a lovely time there and will definitely go back again!

Easy to find, close to learn to surf beach, there are two surf schools you can book if your kids interested. I wish I known earlier. I am happy with what I paid for!

Very nice property only complaint was shower access very small. I’m a little bit bigger and had to squeeze through the shower screen door. Overall great value for money Great location Very quiet

A lovely property, with fireplace & comfy beds. Unfortunately no notice on web site that Linen & towels where needed. This was rectified promptly, culminating in a lovely weekend

The property manager Olivia was lovely. Unfortunately apart from the overwhelming mustiness of the property, it was really dusty and the cleaners had not done a very good job. The dust made it hard to enjoy the property as we were all irritated by it. In addition the bathtub was small and shallow, so even though we had chosen that property planning to enjoy the bath, it was never going to suit an adult let alone a kid unless they only wanted their legs somewhat submerged. The lounge furniture was not comfy apart from the one couch.The first night was so uncomfortable that we headed home without staying the following night. Also the room with two single beds in the photos were actually two bunk beds. Not suitable for kids who don’t want to sleep in a bunk.
