Have fun and make memories with the whole family at this stylish pool house with game table. Every kitchen appliances is brand new. We’re 15 mins from the world equestrian center, 15 mins from Silver Springs State Park, about a hour from the gulf coast and east coast beaches, about 1.5 hrs from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks in Orlando. Welcome to Bee 🐝 Happy House! Our Newly renovated 4 bedroom home is a fun for the whole family. Our special space has it all. You can take a dip in the Pool, Lounge in the Patio, play foosball or board games. The space Our 4bedroom, 2bath home has 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. -55” Smart TV in the living room -55” Smart TV in the master bedroom -All Smart TV's have a You Tube TV Subscription, just click on the You Tube TV app and watch. -WIFI works inside and out. KITCHEN: -Modern Kitchen with stainless steel appliances with a refrigerator that offers filtered water and ice. -Fully stocked kitchen with wide array of pots, pans, toaster and a coffee machine. OUTDOOR LIVING: -Oversized, in ground, unheated 8 feet deep pool. Please adhere to pool rules (located in the guest book and signage on premises). -A Gazebo with outdoor patio furniture. -Fully fenced yard to let your four-legged friends (dogs and/or children) run and play. PARKING -Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. INFANT/TODDLER EQUIPMENT **(AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST) -Walker Chair -Pack N Play EXTRAS -We provide shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. -We provide body towels, hand towels, wash towels, and make-up towels. -We provide beach towels. -A full-sized washer and dryer are provided on the premises. Guest access: You will have the entire house and property to yourself. We will provide a code to the smart locks prior to your arrival. STARTER SUPPLIES -We have prepared a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergents, dish detergent, etc -Starter Supplies are NOT unlimited, be prepared for a trip to one of our nearby grocery stores. PETS -Dogs only, max 2 pets. Additional dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. -Pet deposit $500, refundable if no damage to property. -Pet Fee is $100/pet. -This fee helps cover extra cleaning typically required. -Pets must be flea/tick free. NOTE: This is important for guests coming to Florida as these pests are common year round. -Cats and other animals are not considered. -Please make sure to pack for your dog, but we do NOT provide extra bowls and waste bags. -Please plan to bring a blanket or blankets to cover any furniture or the bed that your dog may go on while here. OTHER -We require a rental contract to be signed online (sent via email). -We require a pet addendum, if applicable, to be signed online (sent via email). -Minimum renter age is 25. Photo ID will be required to verify. -We have weekly landscaping and pool service who will be mindful of your presence, please be mindful of theirs. -We have monthly pest control service but don't be surprised if you come across some of Florida's Finest (Geckos, Ants, Spiders, Mosquitos, Silverfish, Bees, Wasps, No See-ums, etc..). -We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters. You have access to the whole house and yard You’ll have the entire driveway We keep the AC at 74. If you need it lower, there is a per day charge: 72-73 is $7/day 70-71 is $10/day We try to keep cost down so we're able to pass lower rental rates.

Stayed for one month. Pleasant home; nicely appointed. Manager was responsive. Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, nice linens. Wished for a comfy sectional / recliners for tv watching.

We had 4 people in our party. All adults, 2 dogs. Perfect home to let the dog run around in the fenced in backyard. Split bedrooms which made it nice to have our own little space. Decided to rent this home instead of getting 2 hotel rooms around new years. Had a great time with the location, went horseback riding, ax throwing, and visited silver springs. Overall great space. My only “complaint” would be a TV in the guest room, at least one in the many guest rooms, as I like to watch TV at night to help me fall asleep!

We loved everything about this house! It was beautiful, clean and we couldn't get over how quiet the neighborhood was. Super close to Publix so food shopping was a breeze. Loved having the pool right out the back door too! Cant wait to come back again! Highly recommend!!

Deanna was the perfect host and very attentive to our needs. The house is beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had a variety of ages traveling and there were so many nice spaces for each of us to go and recharge. The kitchen nook and the patio were favorites! Everything you need is there…just pack clothes and you will be set at this vacation home. Thanks, Deanna!

You could not ask for a better stay!! The pool was perfect especially on rainy days that the springs were closed! The house was so clean and perfect for our stay. Friends and family came and visited the springs with us from day to day. There was plenty of room in the house and parking outside the house as well The host was amazing!! She even left a dog bed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this place. The location was great. Within minutes to grocery stores and anything else you could think of needing.

We stayed here for a week while visiting family and had the absolute best time! The house was as pictured and very clean inside! Nice quiet neighborhood and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely be back again to stay here. We had to contact the property manager one time and she was quick to respond and help us with our questions! Definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 3 weeks while showing at WEC. It was a perfect house for our needs. The neighborhood is lovely. The property manager was always available and accommodating. We would love to stay there again.

We all totally enjoyed our holiday week at this home. There was plenty of room for seven adults to mingle about comfortably. The house is in a very convenient location for the grocery store and shopping. The only issue was we prepared a lot of meals and could have used some additional cooking supplies. My brother lives in Ocala so I raided his kitchen for additional pots and pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, cookie sheets and some utensils. I would highly recommend staying at this home, it was very clean and recently renovated.

The house was spacious and nice. We had a great time! Only disappointed in the condition of the back yard. Since this is a new listing hopefully that will be resolved soon. One other comment would be that there’s a bare minimum in kitchen supplies (no baking sheets, pans). Luckily for us one of our group drove (the rest flew) and since we didn’t see them in the pictures brought their own. Overall though this is a great place to stay!
