No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a $30 per day mandatory fee with up to a maximum of $200 for seven nights or longer.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had an amazing time! The property was the perfect size for our family of 7 and had everything we needed in the kitchen for several home cooked meals.
The description of the property made it seem like there was a dock into the bay behind the house but there was only a small beach with both neighbors having a dock instead.
My only complaint about the property was the fact that we couldn’t use the backyard or go under the house without being absolutely attacked by mosquitoes!! My 9 year old daughter walked under the house one evening to grab something and came out with about 15 bites. The mosquitoes would swarm us every time we went to get in our car or take out the dogs. Some sort of pest control or at least a few cans of bug spray for your next guests would be super beneficial!

Our family loved everything about the house. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. (Even a crock pot) parking permits were provided for the private beaches. My only complaint would be the mosquito’s we were unable to enjoy the bay in the back yard. They were truly terrible! This is just nature we know we just want to make sure future guest are aware. Maybe it was just from all the rain. Otherwise great house, great location! ❤️

The house is in need of several repairs. They have TV’s in every bedroom but only about 2 of them you can get the satellite to work. The internet is terrible. 2 of the bathrooms had sewer issues. Also the kitchen sink didn’t drain good.There was a storm while we we first got there and the yard flooded. It stayed flooded our whole 8 day stay so there was no way you could get to the water. Also it states there’s a dock to the property? Which one is the dock to the property. The ceiling fan in the living room with the light we couldn’t turn it on. There’s a problem with the heating system. Some of the rooms there was no heat. The place also had fleas. Igor the vacuum out to clean the carpet for the fleas and the vacuum cleaner was full of dog hair. The property is located far away from stores to purchase items. The only corner stores prices is extremely to high. We payed 8.00 for 4 sticks of butter. Not a place I would want to stay at again.

This was the perfect house for our family Thanksgiving! 9 adults and 1 baby and we had so much space! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and living room area was amazing.

The Glass Pearl is a fabulous home for large families. The home is beautiful and well furnished. There are plenty of beds for everyone. The artwork will make you smile. Love the pantry and extra shelves for storing food for the week. It was so peaceful looking at the Bay and being able to enjoy it and yet also, being able to walk across the street to the Gulf. You have the best of both worlds at this house. We will be back next year!

great place for a group of 10 graduating graduate students...would love to see more stable internet, a broom, and the living room fan operable...the home itself was AMAZING and the kitchen was well stocked with all needed materials.

Overall the house is new, but it has a few items that need improvement. The house is sound proof and all rooms come with black out curtains. The beds and pillows are great. The house comes with minimum towels. Two per bathroom. Bring extra. The upstairs AC is much cooler than the downstairs even when set at the same temperature. The thermostat will never reach the temperature you set it at. Always 2 degrees warmer and will shut off when it reaches that temperature. The ice maker only makes less than 5 cubes a day. Bring ice if you require it. The frig does not keep cool if full packed with food. Also set frig to second from coldest temp to help off set if frig is fully packed. The dish washer leaks, put a towel under it. The downstairs fan has no remote and Vacasa is well aware because they told us that it had been fixed when we arrived. Remember the downstairs is warmer than upstairs and that fan would be helpful if your house if full. All fossettes upstairs are backwards and kitchen sink. Hot is Cold and Cold is Hot. The stairs are wide, so if you are planning to use a doggie gate be warned it wont be wide enough. We have large dogs and a large gate and it still required a chair to block off so we could sit outside without them running downstairs every time the neighbor dog came out. The neighbors to the west are permanent and have two dogs who do their business in your grass area. Vacasa requires you to clean up after your pup rightfully so, but be warned your neighbors are going to leave you with extra. There is no hose or nozzle off the back porch to wash your feet off, so plan on bringing one. Showering under that house works poor at best because its still sandy to get to the stairs to come up and you only have a faucet to wash your feet off with before you head inside. The internet will come and go, but that is normal for the area. Overall a very nice home, it just had several small things.

Fantastic property, very short walk to the beach, very clean. You will have to carry your luggage and other things up a few flights of stairs when you get there so keep that in mind if you have mobility problems. We would definitely go back!

We love staying at the beach. This house had its own little stretch of beach on the bay and was a very short walk to a beach on the gulf. All the amenities of the house were as listed and in great shape. Really enjoyed staying here.

Excellent house for family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone. Making meals together was a breeze in the open space kitchen. Great location and our pups loved it.

Perfect location with great view and quick access of the Mississippi Sound. The house is HUGE and everything is brand-new!
