Lakeside Landing spans over 3100 sq feet with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Featuring 2 Master king suites with en-suite, spa-like baths. Each king bedroom opens to a walk-out patio with rocking chairs. Additionally, the lower level features a cozy, queen bedroom and a separate, large bunkroom with 2 queens & 2 twins along with a separate shared full bathroom. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pines and 700 sq ft of outdoor living space

Lakeside Landing, part of the Broken Branch Properties family at Pine Lake Resort, is the perfect destination for couples, friends and family to gather and connect amongst the towering trees and peaceful waters. LAKESIDE LANDING IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME, AND ALSO HAS A VERY STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE HOME.

The Space

Spanning over 3100 sq feet of interior living space, the open concept living area, custom stoned fireplace and wall to wall/floor to ceiling windows that overlook Pine Lake, connects to the fully equipped kitchen, with premium, stainless-steel appliances, a drop coffee maker, a single cup Keurig machine and a full array of cooking tools. The custom dining table comfortably seats six adults, while the adjacent kitchen island seats three. The lower level includes another living area for activities, like playing the vintage arcade game or cozying up for movie night.

Just outside, there is 700 square feet of two-level outdoor living space, where you can gather, play and unwind - watching the widescreen HDTV, relaxing in the oversized hot tub or rocking chairs, taking in the waterfront view or competing in games such as shuffleboard and horseshoes. Off the deck is a Breeo® smokeless fire pit, where you can either cook outside or enjoy that campfire charm without smoke drifting in your direction. You are a short five minute walk away to the Pine Lake pool, clubhouse, playground and stocked fishing pond, all of which are within eyesight of the back patio, through the trees.

Sleeping Areas

The main level features two king suites, each with HDTVs and en suite, spa-like baths, featuring dual sinks and large, dual-headed walk-in showers. Each king bedroom opens to a walk-out patio with rocking chairs to enjoy morning coffee or take in a view of the water. The lower level features a cozy, queen bedroom and a separate, a large bunk room (two lower queens/two upper twins) with a large HDTV and individual built-in bedside shelving, lighting and electrical outlets, along with a separate shared full bathroom.

Lakeside Landing is located at Pine Lake, which is just 5 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park and only a short drive from all the great restaurants and attractions in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Our community has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The Grill also serves alcohol. Our development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities. Enjoy the quiet, tree-lined roads and walking trails, including bridges that pass over the lake, as you make your way toward the resort-style amenities that make Pine Lake the premier vacation destination in Broken Bow. This property is absolutely stunning. Front to back, up and down, everything was beautifully designed and you can tell they were intentional with decor. All of our guests were so impressed we all want to come back as soon as we possibly can - already recommending to more family and friends! Very clean, amazing floor plan, awesome amenities, and you have the lake / fire pit right in your backyard! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This cabin was very clean, beautiful, well stocked and luxurious! No issues at all. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend! One note - it is not located in town in Broken Bow and is further away from things than what the website stated. This was fine with us but it is good to know in case distance is a concern for you. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Great location, right across from the clubhouse. We didn’t get to use the clubhouse due to a wedding but that won’t stop us from coming back! Very nice cabin with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of memories made!

Took all of our grandkids the first week of August for cousin-camp. This is our 5th year to do this and I would have to say this cabin and location was one of our favorites. It is close to everything, lots of spacious room in every room and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and pond just a short distance from our cabin. I rated this a 4 because we did have a few minor issues, but most were taken care of and it wasn't anything that prevented us from having a good time. We will definitely be back.

This house made thanksgiving even better then our usual. It was clean, had plenty of space, and literally everything we needed down to a cheese shredder. The beds were all comfortable and everything was as described. The home was beautiful and the adults and the children truly enjoyed the time there. The instructions to leave were posted, the Internet worked great, there was something for everyone to do or relax and watch one of the many televisions. 10/10 recommended

This house was wonderful!! It was exactly as described, and likely even better. It’s a brand new home that is wonderfully stocked, very clean and tastefully decorated. We joined another family and we all agreed that the house, location and amenities all exceeded our expectations. We cooked many meals at the house and were impressed by how well stocked the silverware, plates, cooking items were available. Including a crock pot, toaster, 2 coffee machines, griddle, and many pots and pans. We enjoyed the short walk to the pool and fishing area. I wish the pool area allowed outside beverages, but understand they are running a business too. The close proximity to the state park, broken bow lake, restaurants and family friendly attractions were a bonus. We truly loved it!

Absolutely loved our stay. We had a large group (6 adults, 7 kids), and the house was big enough for us all. We enjoyed hanging around the pool and fishing plus taking advantage of the Broken Bow area generally. The nearby lake is great for kayaking, and Beavers Bend Brewery in Hochatown is top notch.

Awesome house! Awesome grounds! Only things that could be improved on is the outdoor fire pit, the opening is quite small therefore it made it more difficult to get the oxygen the fire needed to burn. It worked it just took a long time

The house was great, clean and it was in the perfect spot right across the pond and clubhouse pool. Our only complaint was with the community clubhouse itself. We rented this house in particular for the pool access since we have little ones. First evening was great, clubhouse was open and we were able to enjoy all the amenities. Second day, the clubhouse’s indoor area was closed in preparation for an event taking place the following day but at least we had the pool to enjoy. On our third day, the indoor area was still closed and now the pool area was off-limits as well. The water in the pool had been murky during all this time also. Needless to say, the kids left very disappointed to not be able to swim on our last day there or enjoy the pool table indoors. Would love to stay again but it would be nice to know the schedule for the clubhouse in advance to base our stay around closures.

The location and house were perfect for our group. We had two families w kids. The dual primary bedrooms in the main level were great having the kids downstairs kept the noise controlled, but they were usually outside fishing and exploring anyway. Great property, we will likely book again.

This home is immaculate! It has everything you’ll need for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. Our kids loved the downstairs area and being close to the water. The hot tub, cornhole, and other outdoor amenities were wonderful. Looking forward to returning soon!
