Welcome to your family-friendly waterfront vacation rental, with everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat! Nestled onto 100 feet of pristine Pine River Pond shoreline in a secluded cove, this newly renovated house is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, water skiing, swimming, grilling, or just chilling out by the water. With a comfortably furnished patio and deck, private dock, and beautiful sunrise and sunset views right from home, you may not get far - but when you want to explore, Wolfeboro is around 16 miles away and offers lots of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The lakes region also abounds in hiking trails, farmer’s markets, festivals, and activities happening on any given summer weekend.

At home, start the day with coffee on your deck, listening to the loons on the water - you may even be lucky enough to see them in the cove. Inside, you’ll find a cozy cabin vibe, with hardwood floors, pine-paneled walls, and an open layout. The full, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and you can grab a bite together at the dining room table. Even better - step outside and dine alfresco on the deck. After a day of exploring, relax at home in the central AC. Entertainment options include books, board games, free high-speed WiFi, an iPod docking station, a DVD player, and large movie library. End the evening back outside by the lake, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, with wood thoughtfully provided. Lake life awaits - all that’s left to do is book!

We have been staying at this property for years and love it! Cleaning was a bit spotty, but still worth the stay!

The lake was gorgeous and the views from the deck were amazing.

The cottage is lovely on the inside, not very well kept on the outside. The picnic table was too dirty to eat on and we had to broom down the front of the cottage and the deck, scour the table and clean the bbq before we could use them. The lake water is lovely to swim around n but there is no ladder access and n or out. The shared dick situatiin means that your time down at the water is in no way private. When there were guests in the cottage next door the waterfront was far from peaceful.

This is a great lake house with modern facilities. The house is clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and I loved not having to lug linens back and forth. The lake and views are stunning. It’s quiet and relaxing there. The lake itself is clean and clear. We brought our kayaks and paddle boards and left them at the dock for our stay while not in use. I loved listening to the loons also. If you have small children, I recommend bringing flotation type devices as there isn’t a gradual walk into the water. We hardly left the property except to dine out occasionally because we didn’t want to leave this beautiful spot.

I rented this as a getaway for my wife who has been under tremendous stress. We were hit by a guy who ran a red light & fled the scene as we got off ferry. My wife melted down & wanted to go home. Reached out next morning, related events & asked if they would consider a partial refund-3 second got a response that we should have paid more for insurance. So they got almost full payment for nothing. I think the lack of even considering the request is most abhorrent. I understand “policy” & profits, but it would have been a human gesture to refund anything. Will totally avoid in the future & suggest others be careful.

Beautiful view, small town feel, great scenery while walking around and pretty private. You're not alone, but people either kept to themselves or were friendly. The place itself is a nice mix of rustic and modern. You get the cabin feel, but with wifi and cable. I most definitely would go again.

House is placed perfectly with beautiful views. Unfortunately if the weather isn’t cooperative there is nothing to do locally. We drove 35 minutes to Lake Winnepesaukee one day which was cool. The next day we drove an hour to North Conway for the day. We quickly realized we should have just stayed at either lake Winne or north Conway. We could still stay on a lake and if weather was bad we would have plenty of other things to do all around us. The house wasn’t super clean. The sofas are old, pleather is wearing off, and they’re incredibly uncomfortable as there was not much cushion left. Heavy dust and cobwebs throughout. Dirt and stain on broken blinds. Cabin give a dark and dank vibe verses bright an airy (so much wood on every surface). Upstairs carpets are extremely dirty. Beds covered in stained linens that don’t fit and seem like someone’s hand me downs. Heavy heavy dust on fan cages over the beds. Towels were extremely small and felt like sandpaper. Listing stated a blow dryer would be available, there was no blow dryer. Fishbowl effect at night as there was not blinds on all the windows. Outdoor furniture is old and not cleaned. Only a little stairway into the water if you don’t want to jump off the dock. Family’s with little ones don’t have a beach area or shallow water to let your babe play in. The house could be amazing, however I feel the hosts rely solely on views and waterfront location for ratings. It was an underwhelming experience.

Worried on Sunday that the boat traffic was going to be heavy but come Monday it was calm and totally peaceful. Lots of loons calling. Beautiful sunrise.
