A contemporary, 4th-floor, studio flat, in a smart residence, right in the middle of Chamonix, this is an ideal base for exploring the Mont Blanc region all year round.
This modern studio apartment has been thoughtfully decorated throughout. The living area has a sofa, where guests can relax after a busy day. Glass doors lead out onto a private balcony, with stunning views out over the Alps. In the sitting area, there is a flat-screen TV, a chest of drawers, plenty of storage room and a dining table for 2 people. The separate kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge and coffee-making machine.
Sleeping
The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom
This stylish, modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and W.C.

Location
The apartment is centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities. Chamonix is well-known for the wide variety of both winter and summer activities on offer. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledging and ice skating. In the summer months, there are numerous options including hiking and biking, rock climbing, mountaineering and white-water rafting. The apartment is just a 13-minute walk from L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station which takes visitors up onto the high slopes for stunning mountain views and some serious mountaineering.
Accro’ Parc at Lac des Gaillands (7 minute drive) is a great day out for all the family. Next door is the Les Gaillands Rock Climbing Centre, where visitors can learn to climb safely. There are also several outdoor swimming pools and public tennis courts. The town is home to many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets and ages, many of these are right on your doorstep. Geneva airport is a 1 hour and 10-minute drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc railway station, which offers free train services to other resorts, is just a 5-minute walk away.
