Great hotel, great location, can’t recommend this place enough. Try the Vestry Restaurant in the hotel lobby, great food.

Should not be a 5 star property. Gym is small and food and drink choices are poor.

Great service and excellent location to SoHo. Miss P recognized that our son was too big to fit on the normal sofa so she upgraded us to a larger room.

Nice hotel. For the view I posted I had to upgrade ($300/night upgrade). The room was very nice 41st floor with outstanding view. Nice modern bathroom. Sitting room. I would not call it ‘cheap’ but a decent value for a Manhattan hotel.
The immediate neighborhood was a little quiet. I wish there were more restaurants closer, but they were still easily close enough.

I always stay here. Staff is phenomenal. The service as well. They have accommodated me arriving very late as well as needing to check out later than planned. The rooms are very spacious are huge and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommend.

It was good but their vallet service takes too much time n their DoorDash service handling is a bit chaotic

This was a LOVELY hotel with great service and amenities.
It was super refreshing to stay somewhere where the processes and everything in the hotel just worked without a problem.
The bed just swallowed you and the bedding was the softest. The bathroom was palatial and perfect with a super powerful shower and big bath.
The pool was incredible and had a great atmosphere.
The only single criticism was the challenge in getting a pool side bather. Some were empty but had issued to people who seemed to have left for a number of hours to then return later. Refining this process would make it the perfect stay.
It was one of the best priced hotels with a pool in New York that didn’t have a roof top bar club or ridiculous opening hours.
Loved this hotel and would entirely stay again.

Due to a flight cancellation, we had to find hotel accommodations. We arrived quite late and tired. The staff was beyond kind. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The Dominick was an oasis in the middle of two frustrating days.
Thank you!

The rooms need updating, counters are worn, electronics in room don’t work great and are dated. Overall it’s a very nice hotel but the rooms need updating.

I decided to treat myself for my birthday by staying here. It was a lot of fun, and the room was nice and spacious. The bathtub was also heavenly. This definitely feels like a special occasion hotel and is on the more expensive side, but the food we had was delicious (Vestry tasting menu and morning room service), the Color Factory across the street was a blast, and staff is very attentive.

My boyfriend and I booked a room for the weekend to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and were impressed with how friendly the staff was however, we were not super impressed with our room.
The room we stayed in did not look like the pictures for what we had booked and I even made sure to double check with the official website that we were getting that room and the room was different upon arrival, We didn't complain because the bed was the right size and we had plenty of room but it was still a bit annoying to not get the room we were promised online. There was some kind of brown liquid on the wall by the couch, not that were touching the wall but still gross, the hook for the bathrobes to hang on in the bathroom was broken, and there was some kind of tape on the walls in the shower that made us feel uncomfortable. The room was also advertised as sound proof but we could hear everything outside the room. For what we had paid I expected to get the room that was displayed in the photos and for the room to be in better condition.
We absolutely loved housekeeping, they were incredibly friendly and professional, they even went as far as to organize our bathroom products so everything looked nice and clean.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the Sicily Spa. The staff was incredibly friendly, Couples massage was AMAZING, and we were incredibly surprised to find that we could use the spa amenities for the remainder of the day. We will 100% be coming back to the Sicily Spa for our next visit.

Great views. One of my favorites. First choice when I need to stay in the area.

There was a cockroach when we entered the dark lobby at midnight. The staff was nice. The elevator was complicated. Eveything about the building, lobby, room, was old. There's a dirty looking bar sink in the room. The bathroom had no wall. So the room is not family friendly. We checked out the next day and moved to another hotel. Good thing the staff was nice.

The views can’t be beat, great pool area, furniture and interior is a bit worn
One elevator was inoperable and the wait times hit 5 minutes just to get down to the lobby at one point
Great location
Great pool but someone should have explained the first come first serve and that those people would be using the lounges all day and the wait list never worked out

Booked another weekend getaway with my gf and things fell apart after checking in. Our bags never made it to the too despite four calls to guest services. After neary 1.5hrs, i had to physically go to the desk and ask for the bags. Next, off to check out the pool area....just to look. Told hostess we were only looking before going to dress for dinner...despite this, she followed us around end to end of the pool area trying to get us to order food and sit - we didnt have time. Really annoying. Off to get ready for dinner and no iron or board. Five calls to the desk assured it would be 'right up'. Another hour waiting and a 6th call but now up really frustrated after now having to rush to make our reservation. Breakfast sandwich ordered by the pool next day. Despite a light crowd, waitress forgot the order...has to reorder, another hour and nearly lunch time. The room: stayed in sohi. Only one roll of TP in the room...enough said. Room interior screams for modern updates...had peeling cabinetry, entry door...college dorm material...not a five star hotel decor. Mauricio at the restaurant was excellent serving up nightcaps. The pool area needs a swift safety checks, the floor tiles were loose and several guests nearly fell. While the hotel did provide a credit that covered breakfast, It wasn't the experience I spent so much time planning. I hope the hotel take this constructively and looks at service improvements through training, and remodels accordingly.
