The house was exactly as described and even better! It was beautiful, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed! Stacey was excellent with communication and check in was super easy. It was convenient to everything we needed. We did have a car and drive to all the places we needed to go mainly because it was raining otherwise we would have taken advantage of walking around the cute neighborhood! We would absolutely go back!

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house. It’s a little short on kitchen items like no hand mixer, but basics are there. Great area not too far from Old Town. All in all, would recommend.

Unit was very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to CSU, eating establishments and many downtown venues. We will seek to stay here again in the future when visiting.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this updated home. Plenty of room, modern style, minutes away from anything you would need or want. We really enjoyed the different games and activities in the basement, especially the 2 large TVs in the home. Some pleasant surprises/bonuses were the cool, hotel-style mirror with de-steamer, and the beds and pillows were a 10/10 for comfort. Nothing much worth mentioning as far as negatives, but it is maybe worth noting that there’s no backyard; it’s an attached apartment unit of some sort, which was a little less desirable. The coffee provided was maybe Folgers or something, so for our next stay, we will bring our own. All of the appliances seem brand new and barely used, so that was great! All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here while visiting Fort Collins in August 2023. We choose Fort Collins because we have friends in the area. The location was amazing, within walking distance of downtown, the university and old town, including a wonderful fenced in playground around the corner so we really enjoyed being able to walk and enjoy everything Fort Collins has to offer. The property was super comfortable for my family of 4 (two kids 10 and under) and had so many amenities so we didn’t need get too much for the week, especially since we flew in. It was clean, bright and quiet and plenty of space to gather but also to spread out! The overall location in Fort Collins gave us the ability to explore Fort Collins, Denver and Rocky Mountain national park. My family is already talking about “when we come back next year”…..

This location was great as we were able to easily get to Old Town and campus. It's a sweet little neighborhood, and we enjoyed walking to breakfast and a CSU football game. This is probably the cleanest VRBO property we have ever stayed in. The host was quick to reply and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Just like the pictures! Beautiful, immaculate property inside. Perfect for myself, BFF, daughter and her BFF. Basement was great for teens! A storm must have come through the night before because the porch was covered in sticks and stuff, so only used rear door, but that’s OK. And we had no problems finding parking in Old Town, so fun to shop. Would love to rent again for Move-In Weekend if my daughter chooses CSU for fall 2024!
