Forget your worries in this STUNNING lakefront 4br/2ba 2700 sqft house with SALTWATER HEATED Pool & SPA (no fees) with therapy JETS! Take a paddle boat, kayak ride or fishing in a freshwater lake. SMALL CEREMONIES/EVENTS ARE ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL ONLY. Please message for details if needed for a day or for event. NO CHECKOUT LIST. 2 Arcade games, foosball table, ping pong table, kids game room, toys, tents, books and more. EV charger (rent any EV and save on gas). Plenty of sleeping arrangements to accommodate large groups including 2 king beds, one Cal king bed, two queen bunk beds and 2 twin beds. NO CARPET to avoid collection of dust and allergens. PETS ARE ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL (1 dog). Please message with breed and weight. NO CATS.

Backyard
1. Heated SALTWATER (softer skin) pool and a spa with therapy Jets. Pool Heating hours no more than 9 hours a day , any time between 10am-11pm every day, up to 104F. But please let me know if you want it heated, otherwise it won’t be. NO EXTRA FEES.
2. Hammock, a tent and a telescope for stargazing
3. Fire pit in the backyard
4. Two seater kayak to take a ride
throughout the lakes
5. Four seater paddle boat with life jackets
6. Community Tennis court and pickle ball courts free of charge

Wonderful place. Very clean. Lots of amenities inside and outside. Nice to have a view of the lake and we took the paddle board out in the evening. Mira was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. There are restaurants and shops very close by. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this home in anticipation of getting out of the cold Colorado winter for Christmas week and we were not disappointed. Mira, the host, was one the best, most communicative hosts I have worked with. The home had a great split floor plan and the pool, hot tub and location on the water was just perfect for us. We took turns in the luxurious massage chair and even walked to close by restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. I would highly recommend renting this house, it was fantastic for two families!

Everything about this place was perfect. There is so much to do right there that you would never have to leave. The location was great too; so many great restaurants close by. The property manager was amazing too. She was very quick to answer any questions, and was very accommodating. We couldn’t have booked a better property.

This house offered everything we were looking for and more! It is one of the most well-stocked places we have rented in a while. The moment you walk in and see the view to the pool and lake you will feel at ease. With the massage chair, games, pool and great chefs kitchen you will have something to entertain everyone. Lastly the communication was amazing! It’s rental is worth every penny! Rent, relax and enjoy.

This rental property was truly amazing! Mira was so communicative and responsive and the house was stocked with absolutely EVERYTHING you could think of! The children loved all the different toys (something for every age) and the pool was amazing. The house was spotless and gorgeous. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay for Thanksgiving at “The Lake House.” The property is beautiful with great amenities for all ages. Lots of space inside and outside. Comfortable beds/bedding and furniture. Easy check in/checkout and the host, Mira, contacted us in days approaching and while we were there to make sure we had everything needed - plus extras to help us feel welcome. Close to restaurants and hosts provided information on activities in area for a variety of interests!

We had an amazing time here! The pictures truly don’t do the house justice! I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was spotless! This place was stocked!!! And I mean to the finest details and all the supplies were there! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets and blankets were super cozy! The pool is gorgeous, so warm and beautiful! My son had the best time fishing ! It made his day catching a few of them. And my favorite was a massage chair and spa with therapy jets ! What a treat! We would take a boat ride and a kayak ride every night after dinner. The layout of the home couldn’t be better! Very spacious for our huge group of 14. I’d give ten stars if I could! I am staying here again in two months ! If you book this property, you won’t be disappointed!!! Amazing property and very accommodating host!

The house is WAY better than what the pictures show! Mira’s house exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s absolutely beautiful and very luxurious! Quite honestly, I was beyond impressed by the attention to the details ! We LOVED the pool and spa and gorgeous water view! All the furniture is very comfortable including mattresses. I had the best night sleep ever! It sounds crazy but it really feels like 5 star resort , you really are surrounded by water and beauty! We didn’t even go out that much, because it was so many fun things to do in the house! We took kayak ride and a boat ride and played arcade games every evening. Everybody had the best time! We’ve extended our stay ! And definitely will be back every time we are in AZ! Thank you very much, Mira

We have stayed in many properties before and this one was hands down the very best. There is so many good things to say, I dont even know where to begin! For starters, the house is GEORGEOUS! Views of the lake, the decor, finishes, everything. In additiona, we are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I can honestly say we have never stayed in a cleaner house. Everything from the sheets, the covers, the items available for infants, and children, the floor, showers, everyhting was spotless. Literally, corner to corner spotless. Amazing pool and jetted spa! The location is perfect! Close to so many restaurants, and fun things to do! Grocery store is around the block, a ton of great places for kids! All of us loved the Arcade games, ping pong table, paddle boat rides and kayak rides! Also Soooo many fish to be caught! Almost every cast ended with a fish on. Most times we come to AZ we go venturing out a lot, but this time we were having so much fun at the house, we barely left! If you are treveling with the kids, this house is especially a must. It has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home. The host was amazing, welcoming, easy to talk to, and responded so quickly to any questions we had. We will never stay in another house again when we are in AZ. Such great memories were made here. Do yourself a favor... book this ! You wont regret it!
