From the game room and living room, you have access to the beautiful outdoors. The entire backyard including the pool, outdoor living, and dining space is spacious and feels like your own private retreat. With the iconic palm trees and landscape for sunsets, you will be mesmerized by the views.

Living Space

The raised and tall ceiling details make this home airy with its open-concept living room, entertainment, kitchen, and dining room. There is ample prep-space for cooking or entertaining in the kitchen, and it is a few steps to eating at the elegant dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests.

House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
No pets allowed
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

For your safety and security, there is a ring camera located at the front door.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

We loved this space for our 40th birthday girls weekend! Plenty of room, the pool was great and the neighborhood was quiet! Our only complaint was the temperature in the house..... we tried to keep the AC at 73 but one end was great and the other end was always hot. It was JULY though!! We would definitely go back!

Perhaps it was our mistake not reading the fine print but the pool was not heated nor the filter active during our stay in February. This rendered the pool useless. Furthermore the condition of the pool and overall property was less than pristine. Several bricks around the pool deck are in disrepair and chipping. This property is likely suitable for girls or guys weekend but for our family it didn’t work.

The layout of the house was great, plenty of room for my large family. Neighborhood was fine too, large lot with lots of distance between neighbors. There were a few maintenance items that distracted from a better experience. They were: Dishwasher was tired, 4 out of 8 plastic utensil holders had the bottoms broken out and many dish rack tines were rusty. Kitchen sink faucet handle missing screw and kept falling off. Light above cook top under microwave didn't work. Pantry light switch was missing so somebody hardwired it permanently on. Ice maker in refrigerator didn't work, small countertop substitute was inconvenient and annoying. Coping around shallow end of pool was crumbling and a hazard. And while this isn't a maintenance item, the master shower head had such a low flow restricter on it the water took 5 minutes to bring in hot and even then took forever to wash the shampoo out of your hair. With these maintenance items addressed our experience would have been better, but we still had a good time in Scottsdale.

I was disappointed with the response I got on a timely basis. I had questions concerning the house appliances etc. I was put on hold and then told I would be called later. The only way I was able to get a hold of someone is when I requested option 4 what is your sales contact

The tub in the smaller bathroom is very slippery - lawsuit waiting to happen; Seems that with such a gorgeous house, guests would gladly pay to have pool heated.

Our stay at this lovely listing was exactly how it is portrayed. We enjoyed the location so much that adjustments were made to be at the house more than anticipated. Property was clean, easy to find all things needed and relaxing. Everything worked perfectly at the house and property manager was instant in communication with what little we had questions on. This property was in beautiful condition. The decoration was lovely, the outdoors was immaculate, the kitchen was very functional, the beds were comfortable, it was clean and well supplied. The only thing it lacked was common condiments (salt, pepper, etc.) but that was a minor issue. It is very well located near parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. and accommodated our group perfectly. We would stay there again if we needed a place to house family guests.

This house is so great, the only thing is that there is no outlet in the second bathroom and no mirrors in the bedrooms which made it a little challenging for all the girls to get ready. Other than that this place is perfect! So beautiful.

Overall the stay was good other than they locked us out of the house one evening and we had to wait for management to reset the code causing us to miss a dinner reservation. The pool is amazing! Neighborhood was in a great location and quiet until the last night when someone had a LOUD pool party until late. Also, master shower takes 6-7min. to get hot water.

Beautiful home in quiet ideally located neighborhood. Backyard was spacious with multiple sitting areas perfect for enjoying spring weather. Master was very large and secondary bedrooms were all adequate and easily accommodated our family. Would definitely stay again.

I was a bit disappointed that we were not able to adjust the temp in pool - would have been nice to swim at least once. The coffee put didn't work, and the stove top pans you need to get rid of and only use the Silver heavy ones. Was not fond of someone coming in back door to take trash/recycle out - You had notified me that I was to handle that. Other than that beautiful home, good location and we enjoyed ourselves.

The house was great and the outside area/pool was really nice. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because it wasn’t heated. It would have been nice to be able to use the pool.

Management team was excellent in responding quickly. Nice comfortable home. Kitchen was great. Beautiful pool area with great outdoor seating. No ice maker/not working in fridge dropped rating.
