Chau's house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The house itself is very large and every room is perfect. We arrived late on a Sunday evening and to our surprise when we opened the back door a large screened in porch had been added. My husband and I relaxed there in the afternoon and were able to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral on one occasion. Chau always answered any questions we had within 30 minutes. I would rent this property without hesitation in the future!

Our family really enjoyed the property it was everything it said, and it was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The whole place was comfortable. We will definitely be going back to stay there next time.

Super impressed with the cleanliness of this property! The owner was on top of communication, the place is nicely equipped and stocked, the location worked great for our stay. Couldn't ask for more. We will stay again.

In planning our stay for a family wedding we were pleasantly surprised at the clean, spacious, renovated and well kept facilities. A “you are home” feeling permeated the entire home from the front door to the kitchen to each of the 4 bedrooms, both bathrooms to the family room and rear lanai. Yes the very atmosphere can evoke a smile and the reminiscence of good times. This was indeed a “Happy Place”

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week. This is the cleanest and best stocked vrbo we have ever stayed at! The location was close to shopping and activities, we felt safe in the neighborhood, and the house was immaculate. It felt like we were staying at a hotel because it was so clean. We would definitely stay here again. The utilities were all up to date, everything worked, and everything was so clean. We loved being here.

The home is centrally located. Close to everything. The home is nice with seemingly new upgrades and all of the necessities to get one through their first day. However, All of the doors stick and are hard to close. The backyard was beautiful but hard to enjoy with NO shade. Maybe install an awning, the umbrella just did not cut it especially in the high winds. Also water collected just outside the back door. Maybe regrade the concrete to flow away from the house. Wasp nest right beside the trash can. There were no exiting instructions nor a guest book with house instructions. Other than that we had a great stay thanks

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years in the Melbourne/Palm Bay are over Spring Break. However, this home is by far the NICEST!! I can't say enough good about it! From the space, to the cleanliness. It is beautiful!! And the beds in ALL the rooms are absolutely AMAZING!! We all slept so comfortably all week! In most homes we stay in, the beds are so uncomfortable and we are hurting by day two and miserable. But not these!! Everything in this home in top notch! The bedrooms are very spacious and the master bath is huge with a walk in shower and an additional bath/shower. Plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably in the living room in the evening! We will definitely book again! Also, I had to email the owner a couple times and she was so kind and responded quickly!! THANK YOU FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE OUR STAY SO AWESOME!!
