Nice open concept. 5 bedrooms hold alot of people and 4 very nice bathrooms that is good for our large family. My husband was being deployed and his ceremony was at K state which was approximately a 5 or so block walk. House was clean and cute. Only one thing is its an older home and it was very cold and drafty. Basement bedroom was very cold but we were there in February. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone and would stay here again if we are ever in the area again. Host was very nice and accommodating.

This property easily accommodated our family of seven ranging in age from a seventh grader to a 79 year old grandfather. We couldn't think of anything that could have been added or changed to make our stay more enjoyable.

Very spacious and well appointed! Super convenient to St. Isodore’s Catholic Church where our daughter got married. Would also be very close to campus if that was part of one’s trip. The AC kept the house very cool during a hot and humid weekend in August. And the host was beyond accommodating in allowing us an early check in and late check out to accommodate events surrounding our daughter’s wedding in MHK. This host was also very prompt in replying to all our communications. Would love to stay here again.

This property looked nice in the listing, but was way better in person! We would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future. We loved the FIVE bedrooms and four FULL bathrooms for our group of 10 people, including 6 young children. The basement area was a surprise since it wasn’t featured in photos in the listing! The location was perfect. The house was equipped with everything we needed and we loved that there were plenty of towels and amenities you’d find at a hotel that not all rental homes offer. It is clear they remodeled this home to allow for larger groups to sleep and get ready comfortably throughout the three levels. One note: if you’re traveling with any folks who have mobility concerns going up or down stairs, the main floor kind bed bedroom (master suite) and main floor queen bed bedroom (and additional full bathroom on the main floor) would allow them to not have to traverse either staircase, which are quite steep and narrow, especially down to the basement. This was a great stay — hope to come back!!

Property was very nice and centrally located. We stayed in Manhattan, but attended the annual carnival and fireworks in Wamego. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us, with adequate bathrooms and space to hangout.

You know how some places look better than they really are well this place is BETTER than the pictures show. This place has been totally redone and they did a FANTASTIC job. We walked to dinner every night. We went for the most delightful strolls around the nearby park. Leslie the property manager was easy to deal with. I will 100 percent book this place again!

We stayed here for a family member's graduation from Kansas State. The house was very nice, appeared to be remodeled relatively recently. Lots of space for us with 6 adults and 2 kids under 5. Very clean, bathrooms were nice.
The stairs going down to the basement are a little steep and shallow, and the ceiling hangs low. We didn't have any issues, even with the young kids, but a few close calls.
It seemed like the house maybe hadn't been a vacation rental long because we noticed it was missing some things that we thought should be there, like saucepans and a toaster.
The only issue we had was the refrigerator in the kitchen was broken and in the process of being repaired under the lengthy warranty process. The host did tell us about this before we arrived so we did know about it, and 10 steps away by the back door was a backup refrigerator, but it did not seem to be cold enough. It was old (the sticker said 1999), the freezer door handle was missing, some guards on the shelves inside were missing, and the food we left in it overnight didn't seem as cold as it should be, even with the temperature control turned all the way "coldest." Nothing spoiled, but just felt cool and not cold. We ended up putting some food in the basement small fridge, which was cold enough. A little inconvenient, but not a huge deal.
Overall a good house for our graduation weekend.
