The house is a beautiful, clean and spacious structure with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, family area, large dinning room, kitchen and laundry room located at the end of a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood. The exterior landscape is beautifully manicured with a lovely gazebo for you to sit at and drink coffee. Location is fantastic as it is close to everything but far enough for peace and quiet during the evening. Small pet friendly location that offers WiFi, a full kitchen stocked with any cooking/ eating appliances you might need that fit our needs perfectly.

Loved the place, the only drawback is they should fix the gate to get inside the parking area. Having to get out of your car to open and close the fence was annoying and it was raining on several occasions making it super inconvenient. Other than that it was a great house!

Ok so the first 2 days it rain a lot but that didn’t stop us much it’s PR it technically rains almost everyday in most part of the island. The host was always a text away or a phone call thank you.The house is very beautiful clean nd a very family oriented. Actually my husband and are building our dream vacation home 20min away in Moca so I picked up some ideas from this beautiful home. I definitely recommend the stay in this spacious home. I would definitely rent again since I would be traveling more often when construction starts next month.

The property on the outside was beautiful. The inside had outdated basic furniture also “family Pictures “ .
We had issues with towels as there were only 3 towels for 4 people . No access to washer/dryer door was locked . No access to backyard kitchen / bathroom .
Issues with ants everyday. Cameras everywhere, which I understand if it’s only for security reasons but the owner kept calling anytime extra people came over to visit for lunch or dinner . The owner gave us access to wash the towels after multiple complaints this is when the jacuzzi in master bedroom overflowed with raw sewage , same thing happened to the shower in shared bathroom.
We were forced to clean it as much as possible and were told not to use showers that night . The next morning we had to leave the property for almost the entire day while they “fixed” and re-cleaned the problem. And we had to leave our stuff behind .
They replaced the old towels .
Owner said they would issue a partial refund as to which to this day we haven’t seen it.

Okay. So overall the house was fine. It was exactly as described in the photos, clean, big and spacious.
Some random cons were that they only gave us 8 towels for eight persons to use for five nights. After I asked for more towels, the property manager/owner gave us the code to unlock the laundry room so we could wash the towels.
On Christmas eve, something went wrong with the power. It didn't go out completely (lights, fridge, TV worked), but the major items (all ACs, stove/oven, microwave, washer and dryer) were not working. The owner gave us the code to the shed so we could use an extension cord to plug in the oven to cook Christmas dinner.
I ended up climbing on the roof of the house to see if I could fix the breaker box.
The owner also managed to find an electrician to come Christmas Day in the evening, which was appreciated.
The issue resolved itself in about a day and could very well be attributed to Puerto Rico's electrical grid, I'm not sure.
The house also has a ridiculous amount of cameras mounted around the outside, including the backyard, and two that seem to record sound as well.
The whole reason for my low score is because in the description of the house on VRBO, one of the photos shows a map of where the house is located, and in this photo you can WALK to the beach. The house in the photo is no more than 2/3 minutes away from Jobos Beach, with a big arrow saying 'WE ARE HERE' and 'BEACH IS HERE'.
With four kids, we were looking for either a house on the beach, or a house with a pool. This house had neither, but was advertised as being on the beach.
The night before when we got the pin to locate the house, it was nowhere near the beach, and since the other family was already in PR at this point, there wasn't much we could do.
The house ended up being 20-25 minutes away from the beach, and all eight of us were just too disappointed about that. We wouldn't have rented this house had that one photo not tricked us into thinking it was in a different location.

The house is quite large and it was nice for our kids to be able to spread out. There were a few issues but the owners promptly addressed them as soon as we texted.
Map listed did not take us to the correct location and it took some texting to figure out where we actually needed to go.
The front gate had to be manually opened for our vehicle.
Washing machine is not available for use.
Very nice furnishings, plenty of beds.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in July 2019. The property was immaculate. The pictures were accurate and the space was more than what we needed. We were 5 adults. Thank you!

The house was not what it was advertised. The bed was broken in one of the rooms and only one shower worked. We contacted the owner and nothing was done. We told him as as soon as we got to the house n someone sat on the bed n it broke while we were holding a baby. The bed was missing a suppoert bean and the wood planks were not even nailed in. The shower in the main room did nOt worked and he blame us even though we let him know on the forst night. There is cockroaches in the kitchen. There is only 2 full baths not 3. The owner blamed us for the issues even though we contacted him withing 30 min of getting to the house. I do not know if it was because i spoke spanish but he had me contact the plumber who spoke no english. It was very unprofessional, he told me it was a process to fix the issue that should have been taken care on the first night. He told me to use the futon in the living room with no air conditioning since only the bedrooms have it. He proceeded to not refund the damage deposit. I will never be renting again from them and i am letting all my friends n family know. HomeAway has done nothing. After i send the email with pictures it was return .

Very nice place. We had a great vacation. This listing is actually 2 full bath and 1 half bath. Listing says 3 full bath. Good location and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the outdoor gazebo having breakfast every morning. However it needs more chairs out there.
