PRIVATE, FUN FAMILY VACATION TIME!! Come enjoy one of the most amazing "GET AWAY" spots in the world. An experience you'll surly never forget and will definitely want to visit again and again...You MUST have a 4-wheel drive vehicle to reach our cottage. Once on the beach heading towards "SeaClusion" be on the look out for the "Wild Ponies" or even a "Sea Turtle Nest" as well as many more wildlife attractions.
You may also Kayak or Canoe in the canals which lead out to the beautiful "Currituck Sound" or bring your own boat and tie it up at our private dock while vacationing here.
Get away from it all and relax in an area that is truly mesmerizing in every way imaginable, the perfect balance of location, privacy, and opportunities for family fun.
Spend your OBX vacation at "SeaClusion"...A beautifully furnished, updated home with many extra amenities. "SeaClusion" is a unique Carova Beach rental located on the 4x4 area of Corolla, with the perfect balance of location, privacy, and opportunities for family fun. Our home rents Friday to Friday. AS STATED ABOVE...YOU WILL NEED A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE TO REACH OUR PROPERTY!!

Definitely an up and coming property. Location is super private. We had a few issues but the host was very responsive. Could use some patio furniture in the upper deck, working hot tub and a proper “king” bed.

I cannot express how amazing both Ronda and Chase were for our stay! The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as described (and so much more)!My family and I enjoyed all that Carova Beach had to offer. We seen horses everyday! Not to mention the birds that visit the channel, the back deck was my favorite! Our GMC terrain was perfect after Chase advised on lower tire pressure, unfortunately after significant rain our vehicle was not adequate for this area. Please drive your larger 4x4 to this property as you never know what the weather will do. Our stay at SeaClusion has left us with lifetime memories ,great times to reflect on and new friends in the OBX!

Although the listing states service dogs allowed for a non refundable fee, the owner wants no dogs in this house. My son had 2 service dogs (with proper documents) and the owner did not want them in the house. I had 6 young adults staying here that I booked for and let the owner know in advance (ages 22-24). She wasn’t happy once they arrived due to them enjoying their first night. She apparently wants no “partying” at this property. So, if you’re even a 25+ adult who wants to enjoy their time at the beach…you might want to consider another property. The freezer did not work either. Short of her bringing the cops to throw them out they were able to get a last minute ocean front, dog friendly house with lots of amenities and are continuing to enjoy their vacation with no hassle.

Amazing property and amazing stay. Owners did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They helped us air down tires at the start of our stay and then helped with luggage transportation into town. Very short drive to the beach and horses seen every time we went out. Don't bother with tours just to see horses when they are always seen on this beach. We were the first renters on this property and owners have set the bar high. We will be back if they will have us.
