Amazing hotel!! Felt luxurious but not fussy. The service was impeccable. Rooms gorgeous, bathroom has a heated floor, there’s plenty of outlets for plugging in devices, and it’s a spacious room. Loved it!!

I’ve stayed at a number of higher end hotels in Vancouver. The Exchange Hotel was absolutely terrific. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the accommodations were beautiful, clean and comfortable. I will stay again on future trips without question.

Very good. I will stay here again. Conveniently located, the hotel was a short walk to the Vancouver conference center. There were plenty of restaurants in the surrounding streets. The art galleries were close at hand. The hotel room on the fourth floor was clean and quiet. My only issue was the bed. It was a little too soft and gave me minor back aches. The hotel restaurant was excellent but had little selection of items. The staff and service were all excellent.

The Exchange is our go-to stay in Vancouver. Love the decor in the room, the friendliness of the staff and just the whole vibe of the hotel. Hydra is a great option for breakfast or dinner

Our family with 2 elderly members using walkers stayed 1 night pre-cruise. They accommodated our need for early check-in. The hotel's location is close to Canada Place, mall and easy access to Downtown. The room was a superior Queen with 2 beds and sofabed. It was a tight squeeze with walkers n luggage. There were not enough garbage containers or towels in the room. Security and porter service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious although restaurant service was very slow. Only improvement I would recommend is additional attention to the needs for clients with accessibility needs. Would stay here again as a couple.

This hotel is trying to be upscale, however sheets were old and low quality, the bottom sheet was not wide enough to be tucked in so it kept climbing up during the night, tv was the worse selection I have ever seen, the guide did not match with what was on tv. The room was warm after we arrived I tried to use the temperature thermostat on the wall to adjust the heat. After a half hour there was no change in the temperature. I called the front desk who said the heat g and cooling system was eco friendly and took time to adjust the temperature to setting I placed it on. The temperature in the room never went down and actually went up making it harder to sleep. Useless cooling system in my mind. I would never stay at this hotel again for the cost it tries to portray itself as high end though room and amenities are at best middle end leaning toward lower end
