Everything was broken. Nothing in closet to hang clothes, rack was on floor. Sink faucet was barely attached. Cabinet door in bathroom was broken. Phone didn’t work. Made 3 trips to front desk, tv didn’t work but maintenance fixed it. Worst part, 11:00 pm had To go to front desk, couldn’t sleep because they were working on the room right above us. Sounded like a floor sander. Following complaint they did stop. Wait, the worst part was the extremely strong scent of air freshener everywhere. Even on the blankets.

The room immediately smelled like breakfast sausage and old fry oil that I thought might dissipate after the a/c had a chance to run for a little while. The smell never did while I was there. The whole room felt sticky, was dusty and just overall like the room hadn’t been used in a while nor cleaned. Then night came and so did the bugs. I first saw a smallish roach and then started to find tiny roaches crawling around. I saw no less than 5 small roaches and at least a dozen smaller bugs. Of course I wasn’t able to be refunded for my second night because of booking through this third party site but it was worth losing out on the money to not have to stay another second at this hotel.

Everything was great except a little noisy 3rd flooring above us and a lot of doors slam in hall I assume the clears …otherwise not a bad stay at all

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable, check in easy but did not expect to have to pay an additional $50 that she said would be refunded on check out. Hair dryer didn't work and had to get maid to let me in another room so I could dry my wet hair and get on the road. Maid was very helpful. A lot of road noise.

Worst stay! Infested with roaches and the smell was awful! I wouldn’t recommend for ANYONE! You’re better off sleeping in your car!

I pre-booked and paid for my room. I knew I would be arriving late after a long drive into town and wanted the simplicity of checking in and going to bed. They did NOT have my room available, tried to give me a room I didn't want for the same price, then "released" a handicapped room that obviously hadn't been used in quite some time, it had cockroaches and wasn't very clean. The elevators smelled disgusting like death mixed with sour sweat. Overall disappointed and will not book here again.

We liked that it is pet friendly. And, that's what we needed at the time. Thanks.

It was disappointing to rent a “Studio with Kitchenette” but there was not a single pot, skillet, any type of mixing or serving bowl. In fact there were 3 “butter knives”, 3 dinner knives and not a single fork or spoon. When we went to the front desk they said they had no spoons! There was 1 dinner plate and 1 cereal bowl, 1 glass, 2 coffee cups. Now this was for a room that sleeps 4. I realize it’s a cheap hotel so the cheap linens and bathroom towels were to be expected but why have a kitchenette if there isn’t anything in it! The grounds were overgrown and not very nice at all. The room was ok, pillows were horrible but I should have brought my own. We also killed a roach in the room. I was looking to not spend a fortune as I was not on vacation so I guess I got what I paid for! The pictures made it look like a brand new hotel so I thought it would be better just because it appeared new. If you just need a cheap room and really don’t care about anything but a bed and bath then it’s ok.

I was disappointed that they advertised as having free breakfast but there wasn’t any breakfast at all. It was really important to save time by eating at the hotel but we had to waste a lot of time searching for somewhere to eat. It may seem small but it was one reason I chose this hotel over the many other options.

Needed more pillows. A king size bed should have at least 4 pillows

The faucet in the kitchen sink was about to fall off. There was no silverware to speak of. We asked for new towels for our second day, which were not provided. And we found dog droppings from a previous guest under the sheets in out bed! Good location, but they need to seriously upgrade their service standards. For an extended stay facility, I would expect more.

No remote, lights didn’t wrk, and roaches.

If you are looking for a simple, no frills place to stay that is clean and comfortable, this place fits the bill. Bed was comfy, shower was great, bathroom was small but clean. No carpet in the room but the floors were clean. Our room actually had a small kitchen!
Only downside is the elevator had a funky smell and hallway on the second floor smelled like spices. Otherwise the stay was great.

Guy at the desk was great. He helped us with everything we needed.

I eliminated four cockroaches during my stay on March 29th, 2024. Simply because the price was lower does not justify the presence of cockroaches in the hotel.

Whole trip was pretty good. Traffic was bad.

1. There were no mats to put in front of the shower when you stepped out. A slipping hazard.
2. Needs a couch. Just have chairs to sit in.
3. A bad ideal to put the handicap rooms on any floor but the ground floor. Most people who are handicap would not be able to come down the stairs in case of a fire if they used wheeled chairs.
4. No paper towels. Paper towels would be nice to wipe up messes.

Great hotel, the Elevator did have a weird smell, like industrial glue or something, but other than that, great experieence.

I requested a discount after I had to spray room for roaches since I had no option but to stay ( since everything was sold out around area) I booked this 2 weeks prior and expected property to be clean since it fairly new... manager said couldn't do anything ... so who can>??

This had to been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It had a roaches, hair on my towels, and a really strong older of cigarettes. I booked a non-smoking room, and as soon as I walked in it smelled like someone just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes. The hotel lobby smelled disgusting. When I tried to check out the next day, their only elevator was broken so I had to bring my luggage downstairs from the third floor. I called the front desk to see if they will help me Bring my luggage downstairs and they declined.

The customer service has been awesome. Houskeeping needs a lot of attention. Saw the cleaning ladies in action cleaning and they need new staff. When we got our room it was a bit nasty. Restroom was yucky and so was the kitchenette. Did see a few roaches as well. That's as bad as it got though.

The property was very clean. Friendly staff at check-in. The room was nicer than expected. The kitchen area was a plus.
I would recommend Studio 6

I reserved a room for someone and they had to leave and rent a room at a different hotel because the room they got was infested with roaches. They were given another room, but same thing happened and it had mold. I want my money back NOW!
