So the situation with communications with the owner is ridiculous. She wouldn’t give us the codes until we were standing at the property— which we walked around and around trying to figure out where to go. It’s on top of some different businesses. You need 2 separate code for 2 separate lock boxes— very confusing and not clear directions. She then didn’t answer me when I was reaching out in the app, so I had to call her. The apartment, itself, is lovely , just like the pictures. But it is in a VERY loud area. It’s not in the main square, but it’s right on the tram line — so ALL night long you are hearing the trams. No sleep for me. Of course it was hot while we were there, so had to have the windows open. Maybe if you didn’t open them it wouldn’t be so loud. Nice amenities she offered, coffee, etc.

Excellent location. 3rd floor in a retrofitted building. Bartosz is very helpful and corteous and made sure to make us feel like home. The kitchen is appropriate and so is the bathroom. Now, the areas of improvement: it only has room for two people to sleep. The stairs to the bedroom are deadly narrow and slippery, and the bedroom itself is super hot in the summer. The upstairs A/C can’t keep up and is awfully noisy. The sofa bed downstairs takes a visit to the chiropractor every time you use it. On a better note, Laundry is easy to do and the bedroom is the perfect eco-dryer. Internet is good and stable and the area is very safe, next to the German and USA consulates.

Great apartment in a great location, close to everything in Krakow. Bartosz was beyond helpful and kind. I recommend staying here for a pleasant stay in the citys Old Town. be aware that there are no stairs and the apartment is on a 2nd floor.

It’s exactly like the pictures - very clean, stylish and spacious.They allowed us to check in early which was great. We also locked ourselves out one day but they got us back in within minutes via a remote service. Excellent customer service skills! The area was perfect for us and felt very safe - we used the bars and restaurants literally on our doorstep. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful stay in a beautiful city.

Highly recommend this apartment. It’s in an excellent location. Looks exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and well equipped. Added bonus of having 2 bathrooms. Excellent customer service from the start to the end of our 5 night stay.

Loved the property, looks just like the photos in great condition and well maintained. Great area in the old town and quiet - road is only allowed to be used by a few vehicles. Couple of areas for improvement. I prefer two pillows, only one on the beds. Overall would recommend.

This property is above any expectations. The cleanliness is absolutely perfect. Apartament looks like designed by a proffesional designer ,using high quality products, make it feel in each inches real luxury. Hosts provided best quality service. I will recommend to anyone . The Property Manager did not meet us at the property for the check-in. She sent us codes for entering the building and the apartment, but the apartment code did not work. We tried entering the code multiple times until an alarm went off. We sat on the steps for 15 to 20 minutes until she showed up. On our last day, the internet connection died while I was trying to check in with the Airline. My own cell phone lost connection with the local carrier and I could not access data (cellular). I had to use my work cell phone to tell the Property Manager of the internet problem. She came over in the evening but could not restore internet for the apartment. She gave us another wifi ID and password to use, but it would not work on my laptop. I spent the last day of my stay in Krakow struggling with internet problems and did not get to go out. I was very stressed and unhappy. The Property Manager did the best she could to help us.

Had an amazing few days in Krakow, the town is great, and the apartment on Bracka Street that was just off the main square was a perfect place. The apartment was clean, mixture of modern and old, really was quality - would definitely stay here again. A big thank you to Bartosz, who was our contact while we were there, he couldn't do enough for us - he's a credit to the Company. Also gave us some very good recommendations for local bars and restaurants - brilliant .

Bartosz was very helpful contacting us re trip and checked in with us to see if we needed anything and reccomendations . We could leave luggage for our flight later in the day. The apmt was spotless and comfortable and so close to main square but quiet inside . Only issue is the shower inside a beautiful oval bath tub but water goes everywhere . But would still really reccomend this place 🙂

The property is lovely and big. The pictures don't do it justice. we loved it. And it's in a great location, everything is in walking distance. The host Dagmara was very helpful and lovely. We were facing the street so it was a bit noisy at night, but it was fine. The only recommendation I would say is maybe have some salt and pepper and a few things like that. But that wasn't a big deal. I would definitely recommend this property to other people.

It was a wonderful experience !! Everything is near to the apartment very easy access to the main plaza .Very nice and clean apartment it was like been at home safe zone very safe and near to all restaurants and markets for food tours near to you . Good location, about 50m from the Old Town Square. It's a couple of doors up from the American Consulate so the police sat outside in a van 24 hours a day, so nice and safe! Lots of good restaurants nearby and near to bus/tram stops so easy to get around. The apartment is well equipped, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc. although a clothes rack would be useful. Check in was straightforward. We were contacted a couple of days before to arrange what time we would arrive, and we were met at the apartment.

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location! Lucas met us at the airport and took us to the apartment, which was made ready for us ages before the actual check in! We are quite self sufficient travellers, but Magdalena offered to arrange us trips if we wanted and was available for any questions or issues at any point. Apartment is just off main square, great location for getting around. Very highly recommended!

Great location, right off the main square. Apartment is very modern and well furnished; Including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, microwave and fridge. Tolietries; soap and hair/body shampoo sachets. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Bath with overhead shower does leak when in use but they gave us extra towels. Stairs up to the mezzanine where the bed is are very steep so a bit scary if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but fine for a few days. There is also a comfy sofa bed if you don't want to make the trip up the stairs. Overall, the apartment is great and Magdalena who greeted us was lovely and very helpful, even after we were late due to flight delays. Would definitely recommend.
