Very nice hotel, stylish, well taken care of, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, centrally located. Beware hidden costs like city tax 7-ish €/person/night, gym 9€/visit, spa at 35€/ person/ visit is a rip off, garage parking 42€/day.

This hotel is a pig in a wig . 2 star hotel that rents out business centers to other business es . I wanted to love this place . I was so excited and … I will never come back to Rome because of how horrible this place is . Believe every bad review . 1. I was robbed . 2. Your “private balcony “ is not private . 3. The reception does not answer , if they do they say “ I cannot help you” and hang up . The spa prices online are not what they charge in person . The Venus salon is a hack of a dr. The reception cannot even give directions on a map . When my room was cleaned, I lost a watch and they didn’t remove the food from my room . The deadbolts do not work , I had another family walk into my room while I was I. It . The maintenance man will call you difficult; instead of fixing the problem . Noisy , bad elevators always u see under maintenance. I’ve seen better hostels in 3rd world countries . Only one lady Francesca is kind and smart . Do not waste your money . It’s a glorified hostel and the restaurant is not what they show in the pictures . Also zero service . You can hear everyone and everything . The spa the Venus /bernini aesthetic spa are not licensed and the hotel doesn’t care . As a travel critic …go elsewhere. They have 3 hotels owned by a group who only does surface refurnishing .If you have children , this is the opposite of family or friendly . If you’re traveling solo do not come here , the men will bully you and blame you . This should be a hostel .

The hotel is a very nice hotel, however the location and lack of sound proof windows really took away from the comfort of my stay. First off, dealing with construction at 6:00am, horn-honking traffic at 7:00am and loud, obnoxious people yelling in the street that early was a MASSIVE turnoff for me. Don’t get me started on the garbage guys driving by sounding like they’re excavating a damn dinosaur at 2:00am. For what I paid, I should at least have the peace of mind that I can sleep without being abruptly woken up several times during that time. My room was riddled with long, dark hair throughout. Do you people not sweep and vacuum from previous stays? That was incredibly gross, especially finding said hairs in my shower. All in all, I would not stay here again.

Me and my friends had the pleasure of staying at The Hive in Rome, Italy. The hotel is located outside of the busy part of the city, but still within walking distance of many tourist sites like Trevi Fountain, etc.. It was also easy to Uber to locations like the Vatican and Trastavere. Michaletto and the front desk team were all very friendly and helpful in ordering cabs, or making recommendations. We were also able to store our luggage at check in having arrived a few hours before check in time. The rooftop restaurant had excellent food and service as well! We didn't have time to use the spa, but it looked very nice. There were many places to have coffee nearby including Black on White which became our go-to. There was a street market just around the corner and many options for food and gelato nearby. I highly recommend staying here or enjoying the rooftop restaurant.

Lovely hotel very near to central station . Able to walk 30 mins to attractions. Buses very near by. Hotel clean and kept very well . Beautiful restaurant on roof terrace and bar . Spa also available.

All the staff are super helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable. Very close to train station. Late at night the staff does check who is coming into the hotel, feels pretty safe. We did not go to the roof top restaurant but would sure to try next time! Would come back and stay again.

Firstly the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The property was on only a short walk from Termini station. Modern clean and equidistant from the main tourist attractions in Rome. Also the rooftop restaurant was absolutely stunning as was the breakfast area with a wide variety to suit everyone. The waiter (can’t recall his name) was super courteous, polite and friendly as were all the staff really. Staff at checking in made everything clear and transparent.

Enjoyed our stay - we were 1 only one night. They upgraded our room to a suite which was awesome. It is a quick walk from the train station which is why we stayed here, a bit of a walk from trevi, spanish steps, etc but overall nice hotel with comfy bed & nice bathroom. This was the only hotel from our trip that charged for water so be aware of that.

The location was great! Room was good. There is a beautiful rooftop. However, if you just want to get drinks, then you’re not at a very good section of it but if you get dinner, you see the real View. So we got drinks and an appetizer to see how the food quality was, but the carpaccio covered and mayonnaise was not good for 20 euros so we did not get dinner but the view was excellent. Also the gym is not free which was misleading because the gym was a big reason we were drawn to the hotel. 9 euros day for guests.

What a pleasant surprise! The staff were very kind, hospitable and spoke English very well. I'm glad I chose this hotel and will do so again when I travel to Rome.
