Excellent stay, great location, very clean and everything you would expext provided. Brilliant communication with the team before and during our stay. They also arranged airport transfers. Slightly clearer entry instructions and how to order breakfast but very minor issues l!

Well we had booked three comfort studios Paris one bedroom, which we booked a year in advance. The rooms were hardly comfortable, they were extremely small (couldn't swing a cat). We all lived out of a suitcase for the entire duration as the cupboard space was minimal, no draws at all. Falling over our suitcases was a common occurrence through the night. We tried to explain to reception via phone whether it would be possible to move to a larger room, not possible apparently. The bathroom was that small you had to have the door open whilst in there, when seated on the toilet your knees touched the wall. The so called futon wash inded a stained mattress on the floor, unmaid, in a bunk style area with an unclimable, dangerous metal ladder, which was painful on the bottom of your feet. The pillows in the rooms were also stained yellow, the maid didn't enter the rooms for the whole time we were there, we were forced to bag our rubbish, and we left the bag outside our room because it was unhigenic to leave it on our floor, it was never removed. Our towels should have been changed after 3 nights according to their itinerary, not the case. Tea/coffee was never topped up, and toilet roll ran out. Overall the hotels.com adverting images, and information advertised misrepresented and misleaded the customer. (Deception). I personally believe these apartments should not be advertised on your website as it damning your good reputation.

We had a wonderful stay. The check in was easy even though we arrived late. It was clean, convenient and close to the old town - just a short walk. Only thing was that the pillows were a bit flat compared to at home.

Just over the road from the old town, this hotel was a great find. Very helpful staff before and during our stay, and the room was very comfortable, warm, and stocked full of many things to keep you self-sufficient in Kraków. Only downside is that the rooms do face the street and it can be fairly loud if you’re not a deep sleeper but easily rectifiable with some earbuds! Would definitely book again!

Excellent location, good and very prompt and friendly communication, nicely renovated building. Drawbacks: a little loud at night, on a street with lots of bars and restaurants around the corner, and the kitchenette could have been a little better equipped. Otherwise great shower, nice bed, will use it again.

Really good stay comfy bed which is the main thing and lovey and clean in a brilliant location for the main square and very close to shops etc only downside was there’s lots of stairs but I’m starting the odv as it is an apartment just something worth bearing in mind.

Friendly staff. Very clean apartment. Driver who picked us up at airport (which we arranged through apartment staff) was lovely and helped us book a tour of the salt mines. Apartment located less than 5 minute walk from main square. Would definitely recommend.
