This property is advertised as a luxury suite. However I think that this is far from deserving such a word. First, the cleaning condition of the property. For example there were hairs in the bathroom, and a toilet had not been flushed. In addition, there were various maintenance issues, for example one of the bathrooms sinks was clogged, and the garbage disposal had debris in it.
I reported the above to the 24 hours service number, and they promised to look into these things and said they were going to contact me, they never did. I don't recommend using this company, if you expect a luxury experience, this is not it. You can see how they are trying to save money by cutting corners at the expense of the experience of their guests.

To say the least, I’m considering a law suit.

Everything is good except customer service.

The room and location were great!!! There were just a couple of things that need improvement. I did not receive the access code to the keys ahead of time, not a big problem. The TV situation needs to be fixed, as the Dish had horrible reception and no local channels. There were no instructions for check out, though, in the end, was simple and easy. The internet was very good and saved the TV situation.

My stay was not good! I was there for 2 nights. I dont ynderstand why you cant check in until 4pm. Half the day is gone by then. Not so good with that. Everything was okay the first night there, but qhen i woke up that next morning, everything turn for the worst. I chose that hotel because of the amenities (exercise room, game room). I was unable to access any of that due to a mandatory power shutdown, that was poorly communicated with guest about. Not only was the amenities were unavoidable, but the tv, internet and phones not workimg the entire whole day. It was a not so good experience for a first timer there. I was patience enough because I work at the Hilton hotel, but my patience went out when none of the staff could give me any information on the progress or nothing. So would would i recommend this place to someone, I would. I just think I booked at the wrong time.

First impression was it was beautiful. We later found a couple of problems. They fixed it though, no questions asked. So I would recommend.

The property is well kept. The apartment was just like it appeared in the pictures. Very clean! My only feedback is that the property should inform you if limited parking spaces. We were assigned a space that could only accommodate a compact car and we y driving a large SUV. When asked what are my options to get a bigger parking space. I was informed that there was no other spaces. Each apartment is assigned one space. So either I had to find a free parking space on the side of the street or check with the Doubletree Hotel for any availability they may have. So we end up paying more with parking somewhere else. The on-site staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I would stay there again because the property is very nice and comfortable.

The bed and couch are awful hard. The communication with them is shady as they don’t respond to emails. They want images of your credit card for and back. Very unprofessional. Rude on the phone and refuse to refund money when we want to get out.

Arriving at the property was an amazing view nice lobby was directed by the doorman to type in our code to receive keys out of the automated mailbox. Apartment was clean wasn’t enough toiletries had to buy toilet tissue and it was enough towels that where brand new. The towels was type rough though. Master bedroom mattress felt like I was laying on a brick had to request for some type of change and was giving a mattress topper which made the bed more bearable to sleep on. Plenty of shopping stores and two malls in the area also very nice view off of the rooftop. Definitely would stay again.

The front desk Altaire staff was hit or miss regrading helpfulness. The Churchill/Global Luxury Suites staff was as always very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the first contact is with the property staff. The apartment is quite spacious and we definitely need that.

I wanted to send pictures but you don’t have that capability. Before checking in, I had to send credit card and driver license information in multiple times because they said we did not and we did. While on the road, they called again for it and I asked for a supervisor no one was available and no one called back to address my concern. That was frustrating. When we arrived, the front desk made it seem like we had no reason to be there then he sent us to a room 115 to check in. The use of the elevator was explained how to use by maintenance not the check in area. However, the customer service was wonderful after I found a bug in my bed. They came up took a picture and changed the linen right away. Our sleep sofa was broken, carpets were trip hazards because they were rolled up on the ends. The batteries died for the remote in the living room area and we requested batteries never got them. They did not give good directions on how to park after we paid. So to say the least, I was happy with the location not the services that was received.

Told me I could'nt use disabled parking, even though I have a plate, which is a violation of Persons With Disabilities Act. Room was dirty. Stains on couches and blankets. Room was entered by staff, not only w/ out my permission, but AFTER I told them not to...

parking options were very limited the only additional spaces were at the doubletree which was $40 per day. The front desk didn’t know if any other options.

It was a nice place, clean, and a great view. This place also had a lot of nice amenities. The only thing that I did not like was being told that I had to pay an additional 10 dollars a day to park. This was told to me a day or two after everything was completed and paid for. I think parking should always be included in the price. I don't like being nickeled and dimed like the airlines do.

Beautiful property, great location, great view and we loved it. We used Lyft everyday to go to DC locations rather than Metro as it costs almost the same from this location and is quite convenient. The mall and Whole Foods close by makes it better.
Only problem with this property was that the master bedroom mattress sucked - really really bad and the master shower head was also very low pressure. They were a bit stingy on toiletries as well.
Despite that, I will still highly recommend this property.

Property was great! Had all the amenities to accommodate our stay. The apartment was very clean and had essential supplies. The location was about 10 minutes from the sites!

The stay was good. My concern was the peeling ceiling paint in the master bath

I stayed here for the Marine Corp Marathon and it vastly exceeded my expectations! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was not great, but it was acceptable. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is excellent. There is a grocery store around the corner and you are 2 blocks from the Metro. The parking is very convenient right under the building.
It took us a bit of navigating to get the keys - your best bet is to idle on the street and pop in the lobby to get your keys (you don't have to go to a different office for the keys; they are at the building). We went in the garage first but it is a secure building and you need a fob to access the elevators so we ended up having to walk back around to the lobby.
One thing to note is that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. They do give you a single-serve coffee to get you started! The customer service number for Global Luxury Suits was very helpful. We called twice to ask questions about the property and they were helpful.
I would stay here again for sure. Highly satisfied!

No parking other than the street! Not easy to find the office, no room service or anything in the building.
The biggest waste of money ever spent on a "Hotel." It is really empty condo units that they are trying to sell as hotel rooms on the side. TERRIBLE! Then they want you to download an app to do anything etc. YUCK

Service was terrible. Can't check in until 4pm and apparently anyone that might be able to actually helpworks regular 9-5pm, so that leaves get small windows. We're checked in after 5pm and room for 3 had only 1 towel - no wash clothes, no hand towels. No pillows for sleeper sofa and no blanket for sleeper sofa. It was a terrible night for my children. They didn't remedy situation until around noon the following day. In addition to the fact that not having basic necessities for the room was total negligence, they should make arrangements for simple things like that to be remedied by onsite staff- it's ridiculous to have to wait a day. We only stayed 2 nights, so half the stay was terrible.

Con's:
During my modification process, the customer experience was not good because of communication after the initial contact. I received no callback or voicemails and had to follow-up with them a few times. They were aggressively adamant about a credit card form; I literally had to tell them I had already paid for the original room, but will have a credit card authorization form back to them for the adjustment difference as soon as I get to a computer, which was just a few dollars. The response, "We're REALLY looking forward to your credit card form." They just rube me the wrong way and almost cancelled the whole thing. I realized when I got there they did not really have any evening check-in staff to take a payment or help with questions. It was just a security guard. I guess they assumed I would know all this on my first stay. After it was all said and done, they ended up charging me the full amount again for the room. Thankfully, it was adjusted a few days later without yet another follow-up.
Additionally, there was no parking instructions mentioned when I got there. The security guard who works for the building, not Global Luxury, did not know how to help me. The paperwork I got did not explain how to open the gate or where to park. But the security guard was helpful and let me in to park in the 'future tenants' spot overnight. No elevator instructions to unlock it. Communication was just crap if you get there late.
Pro's: Location, room, and building was amazing!

Look, it's different in that you check into a suite and the parking thing...but it's an awesome place to stay. I did my research ahead of time, so I was prepared for the snags other people commented on. But I was still on the fence. I'm glad I tried it; I go to D.C./Arlington approx. every 3 weeks, so I'll be staying here from now on.
