Comment voulez vous que je puisse apprécier quelque chose alors que J ai été victime d'un vol ?

J' ai dû signaler le vol d une paire de chaussettes tricotées à la main par ma mère.par les femmes de ménage Pas de valeur marchande mais une valeur sentimentale inestimable. J' ai signalé le vol, mais elles ne m ont pas été restituées

À good stopover hotel

The hotel is well situated and despite being next to a very busy road, was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was good but lacked any sort of fresh fruit, which is a pity.

The bedroom with two single beds was small with only a tiny bedside”block” as a table between the two beds. Not enough space to put down books, glasses etc The bathtub would benefit from having a hand grip attached to the wall to help older people or people with physical disabilities to get in and out of the bath

It was convenient for an over night stop.

I booked this hotel because when I checked it said restaurant was going to be open. After travelling for a long time I was very disappointed to be told restaurant was closed. This is not the first time this has happened with Campanile so I am very reluctant to book again.

very disappointed for the price

bugs found in bed in morning pillow smelt of smoke bed uncomfortable Wi-Fi not good asked for a hotel with restaurant but it was shut told to go down the road to another restaurant for dinner. only 1 tea bag and no milk only 1 chair soap in dispenser hard to use very scruffy outside

Room o.k. but very disappointed to find that here was no bath

Very poor receptionist. Could not get a glass of wine on arrival because she was "too busy" Signage to say where the reception was situated was very poor so that I was wandering about like an idiot GPS given by Booking.com was inaccurate. Did not take us too "our final destination"

Good Sleep after finding snacks at shop , Bad Reception !!

warm & clean 🧼 Breakfast 🥞 & Breakfast 🥞 Person Great Pleasant & Helpful !

Took 25 mins to find Hidden away behind Trees not well sign posted . On Arrival staff rude when Booking in , Told No Food 🥘 after Driving 250 miles . only one large Towel in Bathroom, when asked for 2nd that’s all your getting !

Pleasant

Clean and comfortable as you would expect.

No restaurant facilities or bar. Only one member of staff on to do everything. Room for improvement, not what you would expect at a Camponile. Very disappointed. Oh and the usual rubbish TV.

Having booked 8 weeks in advance it would have been decent of the hotel to let me know that the restaurant was closed due to no staff. I arrived at the previous Campanile too late for dinner so I only had a small breakfast in a 48 hours period and to arrive at Pau after a 10 hour drive to be told the restaurant was closed was very bad on the hotels behalf. I regularly use the Campanile chain and this is the only one in which I found cockroaches.

Good restful night with my car parked safely right outside my chalet-style room.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and you could boil eggs

I had some difficulty in locating the hotel and did several circuits of the area & adjacent roundabout before I eventually found the way in to the carpark. Reception too was a little tricky to find but once I got that sorted all was fine.

Closed on Friday ( 1st April ‘22) evening for meals ( unfortunately that evening it snowed & we were reluctant to drive round looking for an alternative meal venue)

good overnight stop when travelling to Spain

clean and had own bar and restaurant lovely breakfast with plenty of choice

the fact that the restaurant was closed on Saturday night! we were left to look for somewhere to eat, the nearest place over the road was a Burger King.

Location as used before

No electricity on arrival had to reset fuse box myself. Ordered breakfast night before and told it was similar to campanil Buffett with no meat , was very sparse and poor. Hot water took over 15 minutes to tech shower he’d. Was not told when booking that reception and restaurant were being re built so had to use Burger King for evening meal. Compared to last stay earlier in the year was a poor stay.

Original Campanile reception closed down and derelict. Outdoor spiral staircase to first floor rooms filthy.

Building site at the moment

The shower was excellent the room was ok but the bed was a little tired.

Undergoing refurbishment so a building site at the moment. Difficult to find the directions and address not found on sat nav. Tucked away inside premier class car park needs its own entrance .

Worst experience at a hotel ever

Nothing. It's the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Awful! Never again. We normally stay in Campanile hotels. Not this one.
