It was a perfect place to stay. We were in the area for medical treatments and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for his special diet. Our place was comfortable, relaxing and had amazing space.

This place was amazing. I traveled with my mom for a family event. It was like living in a temporary apartment. We had two separate bedrooms, full kitchen and two bathrooms. For the price it was a great deal. Staff was friendly and it just felt like home. This will be our go to spot when we return.

This is an extended stay apartment complex. The rooms where spacious and clean, rather new. The value was excellent.

Hair in the tub and on the shower curtain. Utensils broken or old/rusted. Dishwasher was full of dishes. My daughter fell in the shower due to slippery tub. When ruining tge water in the kitchen sink the garbage day had a terrible order. For $500 for two nights, the hotel should be immaculate.

I booked my stay at this hotel and paid for it through Hotels.com. We had a six hour drive into the night to get there and upon arrival I was told the booking site overbooked rooms there and they had no room for me. The hotel never tried reaching out to me or the booking site until 30 mins prior to my arrival and that was nearly midnight. This was after my room was paid for and they still checked in people behind me that were confirmed but not paid. They offered no other options. Needless to say we had to stay in a far less comparable hotel because most hotels were fully booked.

Easily saw dirt and hair on surfaces and floor when we arrived. Water pressure in shower was very low. Hot water was minimal and hard to reach a hot temperature. Toilet paper was flimsy 1ply. Beds overly firm and felt like you slept on a slope. Loved the concept of the separate rooms, the two bathrooms, laundry and full kitchen. Wish they would of done better at the little issues and cleaning

Trouble checking in because booking through Expedia. Took 45 minutes to get unit. Unit (3bdrm) was filthy!! No shower curtain in one of the showers, food and dirt stuck to floor, large dead bugs on floor, tv didn’t work, dust everywhere, mold in washer soap dispenser. Ask for the room to be cleaned and was told there was only one housekeeper and she was swamped so wouldn’t happen. Not to mention the Smell!! Someone in another unit cooked or burned something terrible and the smell lingered through the building and did not go away.

We have stayed at this property over the past 7 years. It continues to be well run, nicely appointed, well maintained. I found it to be quiet and the other guests to be considerate. Easy access to 435. Grocery not to far away. Large, varied shopping center nearby. Movie theater, TopGolf.... lots of options!

We stay here a few times a year. Never been disappointed. The staff is nice. My only complaint is how thin the walls are but not big deal

We were very pleased with our accommodations. Would stay here again next year! The only thing I might suggest is more frequent mopping of floors in units. I wear socks at night, and the bottoms were filthy from walking on the floors. But overall, a GREAT place!

This was the worst experience i have ever had. They were rude then they charged my card TWICE and wont refund it.

We were in a room across the hall from sort of renovation, the hallway had plastic sheeting and dust everywhere. No mention of this when we checked in. Check in staff indicated we barely got there before she was locking the door. Not sure what that meant, it was 8:50 p.m. so I guess we would not have gotten in if we had been later. We were given a handicap room which was not mentioned to us either. And the shower did not work, so four of us used one bathroom. One tv did not work and a towel holder was broken and on the floor. We couldn’t get the dryer to unlock without going through a full cycle. This would not be a good choice for a long stay.

The property itself is very nice. The facilities and rooms were clean. The only drawback is the beds are very hard and uncomfortable making it difficult to get restful sleep. Parking can also be an issue.

This property is really nice! The two room suite was super affordable, and came with a kitchen, washer dryer, living room and two beds and two bathrooms. Beautiful building and great location.

It was good. There could have been more kitchen utensils. There wasn’t much silverware or enough kitchen towels. We were supposed to have a balcony room but after seeing how tiny the balconies were, we didn’t mind at all. Plus I think it was quiet because of being on the ground floor. As most people we feel it was a bit overpriced but we were glad to have found it.

In transition. Wyndham trying to professionalize the operation, which has always been kinda mom & pop. Unit smelled of past smoking at times; blood on curtain & maybe lampshade; dirty ceiling above stove & wall below LR window. Arguably Forgivable in the days of cheap rates, not so given cost of current stay.

24 hr. coffee, clean lobby,nice courtyard, room was clean staff was accomodating for the most part. I did not like that a bathroom door that would not close properly (and was reported) did not get fixed. There was no phone in the room. There were times when there was no one at the front desk in the lobby and you had to wait a bit
