A beautiful hotel over the top luxury, very spacious rooms and a beautiful lobby with fireplace, first class all the way.

Great place to stay, clean, beautiful and quiet

It was lovely, very relaxing . I wished the self parking was closer or parts of valet parking were open for hurrays to self park. I would have loved a heated hot tub. One additional suggestion would have been to add hot oatmeal to breakfast menu and perhaps a yogurt parfait.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Also the food from 34north was amazing. Beautiful peaceful setting

Last year the hotel rated a 5 but this year dogs barking all night off and on...so annoying. There was a wedding on property and when we checked out I was looking for a luggage cart and found 2 both were covered in flowers from the wedding so I waited for someone to come and do something with the flowers so I could use a cart, no one ever did so I made 2 trips to my room and back ...I may change my mind but I don't think we will be back

Didn't like being stuck in a room all the way out to front road. A terrible hike with luggage and also for two 80 year olds to go anywhere. Will not go back!

Great hotel! Loved the restaurant and the pool and the scenery is beautiful. Rooms could use a deep clean, but they were still very nice and comfy! Staff was super nice! Parking was valet, otherwise it was a short walk to the park yourself gravel lot.

Breakfast was not good, breakfast was served without bringing coffee.
Had to call front desk at midnight to complain about kids running up and down the hallway.
Valet parking was slow and mismanaged.

This hotel was fine and convenient, no complaints. Staff was okay, restaurant was okay, pool was okay. It’s a perfectly adequate place. Clean and relatively new. Except for the canal side setting I thought the grounds were nothing special and we had a view of the side of a boat hanger. They need to work on providing better coffee. We liked the view in the restaurant. Food was okay.

Property is very nice. Everything you need is onsite or available. Just avoid the valet service

While the hotel might be a bit remote for some, it was perfect for us. Nice, quiet, and clean. Even got to do a little fishing off the dock area. The only issue we had, which has been resolved, was the billing. We paid they Expedia, then put a dinner charge on the room. Caused double billing and they couldn't resolve before we left. Finally when the manager arrived that evening, we got an email taking care of it. (We hope)

There was no parking at the hotel! The only parking was a half mile away and you had to walk the distance back-and-forth! They did offer a valet service if you wanted to pay an additional $15 a day. For $300 a night you should not have to pay additional for parking!!!!!

Nice and clean. Very pretty property. Out of town a little bit on the water which made it very relaxing.

Great stay. Lovely and staff. My only inconvenience was I was told my electric vehicle could be charged but it wasn’t. Ortherwise beautiful hotel.

Stay was amazing. Check in took a while but compared to how busy as it was it wasn't too bad. Room was pristine and view from the restaurant at sunset was absolutely gorgeous. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

If you're looking for a calm relaxing vacation Beaufort hotel is great for just that! The hotel itself was very clean and the workers very friendly! Highly recommend.

The staff was rude, the bar at the pool closed at 3pm, the only restaurant in the hotel was always booked and didn’t give priority to the guests! We needed reservation even for breakfast and it’s the only option around, the snack bar was not stocked! The shuttle left us in Beaufort and didn’t pick us up because the driver was cleaning the pool!!!!!!!! It took us an hour to get an Uber! This a very expensive hotel and I’ve had a better experience in a Hampton Inn! NOT WORTH IT!

Self parking was very far away

We really enjoyed our stay at Beaufort Hotel. This was our dog's first beach trip, and the hotel is super pet friendly. We even took him to the hotel bar to enjoy some music. The only thing I dislike about the hotel is that unless you pay for valet service, you have to walk about a half mile to your car.

Amazing property for a relaxing time on the water and enjoying beautiful Beaufort!

This is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. We just had a bad experience that really ruined our stay. When we first checked in, the staff that greeted us could not be more unwelcoming. I asked if we can get a room in a high floor and her response was, well I am not sure what you paid for this room but to upgrade, it is $1,000. I thought it was very condescending. We picked this hotel even though it was &125 more a night than others in the area because of the reviews. Then, the key card did no open the door to the building, when we got back to the desk and the same lady, said, well… did you put the card to the box. ? Implying we are idiots. My husband said not only we did that, someone who worked at the hotel tried it and said it is not programmed correctly. She fixed it and it was ok after that. Needless to say, totally set the tone for our stay. Then at night, we decided to have dinner at 34. Hotel was very busy and were told 8:15 reservation. We said that is ok. Asked for a table at the window. 8:15 we were seated but by the kitchen which was very loud. We asked to be moved, and they moved us. However, our food did not actually come until 9:15. It was cold. Manager immediately gave us a discount on the bill and apologized. I think it was good that the manager have the power to do service recovery but I think at that point, we were just upset about one thing after another. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower is great. Towels were really great quality.

Hotel is really beautiful with a lot of amenities including bike and golf cart rentals. It's only 2 minutes to town. Beds were comfy and bathroom is huge. My only complaints are the lack of TV channels and no free continental breakfast. But I would definitely stay again.

Disappointed the shuttle would not take us to the wine event.

It was such a wonderful stay. We actually were at another hotel prior to this one and we’re not happy and found this gem and we’re so happy. The golf carts made going to front Street really easy. It was literally a straight shot to the restaurant and everything. Staff were great and very friendly. My family and I will probably come back.

Didn't like- Front desk staff at check in on April 12 at approximately 5pm. Very rude to me and a staff member she was talking with! Dining staff indifferent. Valet pushing to use them or park one quarter of a mile away. Then we discovered parking right beside the hotel! The hotel is surrounded by manufacturing/commercial properties, which mostly appear to be closed.
Liked- Room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. The property has lots of potential, but needs to improve their staffing.

Self parking was far but a beautiful room and shower and view.

I was exceptionally pleased by Beaufort Hotel, indeed it feels closer to a four star than a definite three star hotel when it comes to the room interiors, which I though well done (nautically sensitive as hoped for from the location without making one feel like a sailor). The only aspect that needs improvement is the self-parking. It is further than one would expect from the hotel and part of the way is unpaved with little signage confirming that it is the place. I and other guests were a bit off-put by this.
