A decent hotel in a very good location with helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel location was excellent, walking distance to Ayala Mall and many other facilities. We are happy with our room too as it was very quite and away from the main road horrendous traffic.

Guest checked in very early in the morning and very noisy above us. Informed the desk and we think they did spoke to them, luckily no more noise the following night.

Wenig. Funktionelle und leise Klimaanlage, ruhiges Zimmer

Juniorsuite ein unpassend zusammengestelltes Zimmer aus Sessel, Schreibtisch, Bank, Sofa und Kommode die weder in Farbe noch in Stil zusammenpassen. Wirkt wie auf dem Flohmarkt zusammengesucht Zu kleiner Fernseher für Größe des Zimmers und Entfernung zum Bett, Fernbedienung kaputt (passte übrigens gar nicht zum Ferneher). Insgesamt 3x reklamiert, wurden dann gefragt ob man das morgen (fast Abreisetag) ersetzen könnte?? Nach Dusche war das Bad halb überschwemmt, Bodenplatte lose unter der sich das Wasser gesammelt hat und jedesmal schnappte wenn man darauf tritt WLAN langsam, funktionierte oft gar nicht. Frühstück mittelmäßig mit ständig leeren Platten und Schalen die verspätet (wenn überhaupt) nachgefüllt werden. Hebel am Toaster muss man gedrückt halten zum Toasten sonst springt er zurück? Echt jetzt bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel? Frühstück ab dem 3. Tag haben wir uns gespart weil meinem Mann den ganzen Tag schlecht war vom letzten Frühstück Kaffee für Europäer kaum trinkbar Kaum vorstellbar woher die 4 Sterne kommen sollen, ist für mich zu diesem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig inakzeptabel

Open shin height window let you down

Cheap clean and a good location

We were on the 8th floor so when we went into the room we were unaware that they had a open window at shin level behind net curtains. We were horrified at what could have easily happened. No lock on it so I made it safe myself

Expected luxury junior suite feel

Great room with bathtub, excellent location ie near Ayala center

Rather expensive . Book this room If you require more luxury feel, else there are other budget options in Cebu business district

comfortable hotel with good internet, good restaurant with decent menu. They have good breakfast every morning and a musician in the evening in their lobby. Good business hotel, at the edge of Cebu Business Park. Great location -- close to everything and safe.

it was really clean and cheap considering the structure. Nice location in Cebu. breakfast starting at 6 am.

Location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet a bit sparse. No sliced cheese, no cold meat, no bacon, very limited fruit. No muesli.

The breakfast was excellent staff was very cheerful and helpful.

The room sheets should be updated (stained and torn at room 711) also at the bathroom ,floor tiles are loose. Overall Hotel is great 😊👍🏾

Very quick check-in process, staffs are very helpful (specially the door attendants- they’re very polite, always greet you with a big smile, quick to help you if you have things to carry/move)
