as instalações antigas inclusive com alguns defeitos no móvel e a porta do banheiro não fechava corretamente.

Muito bacana.

Limpo, organizado, ótimo atendimento por parte dos funcionários, além da localização central que tem restaurantes muito próximos.

Não entendi por que fornecer talher de plástico no café da manhã e os elevadores demoram bastante em certos horários.

Muito confortável

Nunca me hospedei em nenhum hotel, foi a minha primeira experiência, não sabia como seria, mas me surpreendi, fui muito bem atendido, todas as informações estavam claras, consegui me hospedar tranquilamente, boa recepção, quarto confortável, café da manhã muito delicioso, hotel aconchegante e limpo, por um preço bem acessível, já recomendei e pretendo voltar outras vezes. Estão de parabéns, foi excelente! Gostei muito!

PESSIMO HOTEL, NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM

Hotel muito velho precisando de uma reforma urgente. Banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, quarto sujo. Você tem que decidir se quer a Tv ligada ou frigobar porque só tem uma tomada, o atendimento é péssimo foi solicitado para ir ver o ar condicionado que não estava gelando 3x e ninguém apareceu no quarto, e depois as 17:32h falaram que o rapaz da manutenção foi embora. Cafe da manhã horrível com pouquíssima opções, lençóis e coberta com cheiro usado.

O café da manhã é bem simples, o Wi-Fi não funciona muito bem, o prédio precisa de reforma, as paredes estão mofadas. Mas gostei do local, dos funcionários. O café da manhã é simples mas bem servido. Voltaria outra vez.

Simples e econômico

Localização é boa, perto de tudo. Funcionários atenciosos e as pessoas precisam entender que q é um hotel antigo porém incomparável em relação a custo x benefício.

Já fiquei outras vezes nesse hotel e conheço seus defeitos que para mim são todos aceitáveis principalmente em função do preço e da idade do mesmo. Ah se tem uma coisa que vale reclamação são as toalhas, precisam ser trocadas por novas, fica a dica.

Boa acomodação

Tamanho do quarto, disposição dos móveis e espaço. Bom horário para café da manhã, diversas opções. Cama adequada, bons travesseiros.

Localização entre bares, muito barulho durante a noite. Chave do quarto não trancava por dentro, apenas trava tetra. Telefone não funcionava, não permitindo comunicação com a recepção.

A place to stay for a night, if you need to be in the city center.

Location is perfect, room is clean

Took payment before arrival, though it's stated that I pay in the hotel. It's important if you have a foreign credit card. The situation was resolved after my message to booking. No hot water in the sink, though it was in the shower. Conditioning is not working. No noise isolation, it was like living with the guests from another room with you. Wi fi was not working properly, it was not slow it was not working, losing connection in the biggest part of the room. No blankets in the room, I had to go to the reception to find it. In 5 min, it was brought, but a blanket is a must in the room in autumn/winter time. In the description, it is said that there are rooms for smokers. It's a lie.

Very uncomfortable.

The shower was powerful. The shower was hot. I had a good shower.

I was placed in a room with three single beds after having to carefully explain to the confused staff that I had a booking. I asked them if they had parking for my car. They said yes but they wouldn't tell me where it was. I asked them how I could get things from my car if I needed them, and they said I wouldn't need anything from my car. I took two pets and they charged me an additional fee for each even though I'd stated that I'd have them with me when making the booking. Inside the room, the covers smelled bad and the floor and sheets were stained. There was a weird plumbing noise in the bathroom. The whole atmosphere was dark and uncomfortable. Avoid it if you can.

underestimated details that bothered

i liked breakfast, it was very fresh and there were so many different things to choose from

it was dirty, the glasses of the windows we so dusty that looked grey, the bed was broken, the base of it didnt have one of the wheels. very old and uncomfortable matress, empty frigobar, old and rusty so the water flows in many directions, the control panel located on the bed headboard didn't work.

Not too bad. Not the best

Most of the staff is really nice and friendly. They're very helpful. Shout out to Bruno and João. Special thanks to them for taking such good care of my uncle that has reduced mobility. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but tasty and offers a few options. Comfortable beds.

Old building where everything is or looks old. Nothing against the "vintage" look, but they could care a bit more for the place in it's whole. Cleanliness is not the best. Restaurant's table cloths clearly not replaced from the day before. Kinda loud at night. Not a safe neighborhood behind the hotel. You have to be careful. You can see people doing drugs on the streets from the hotel windows although there is a police Station around.
