The location was awesome! So close to the beach. Loved the onsite facilities as well for our toddler. The cabin had enough for what we needed.
The cabin wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Lots of dust which made my allergies worse as the nights went on. Quite a few flies and ants in the cabin too and in the bedroom on the bedsheets. As it was a bit chilly at night we often got the spare blankets out and these too felt quite old and dusty. Bed sheets were nice and clean though.

Location is super duper, a quieter place than Nelson's Bay, which is what we like. We come from hustle and we don't do bustle on our breaks. Lovely area for younger families, fab Sports club just around the road and is actually walking distance. The beach is always under loved and clean. The beach walks are astounding. The coastal walk to Nelson's Bay is just gorgeous. The surf club has excellent coffee and my breakfast were frittas that were delish
I think the wife and I are over the double bed size. In 2023 I think it's time to dump the double and move to a queen. Unfortunately we will be seeking accommodation with larger main beds.
Didn't like the pool being out of commission during a long weekend.. bummer.

Was located close to our wedding venue
Tiles cracked on floor, could be a problem with bare feet.

Great location quiet park, close to beach. Plenty of linen and towels. Well equipped with all the utensils necessary
Couch was old and uncomfortable and bunk mattresses are more suitable for kids. As adults you could feel the slat frame with the one layer of mattress so we got the top bunk mattress and layered to cushion from feeling the frame below. Took us a while to also know how to turn cooktop on. The kettle was rusty inside.

Good location for a wedding we were attending nearby. Staff were friendly.
The cabin smelt like smoke and it was impossible to get rid of the stench. The cabin is very small compared to what it looks like online. There was no hair dryer and no iron/ironing board.

lots of bugs in the bedroom, and we have to lay the bedsheets and pillowcases ourselves in the double decker bedroom. That was very tiring as we arrived at the resort at 7pm, already very tired out.

Location was perfect. Villa was perfectly located. Staff lovely.
Fridge didn’t work (staff quickly replaced). TV was set to Japanese language so took some googling to get it to English. The sandwich press was dirty.

The outlook to garden was pleasant.
Very noisy traffic on main road.
We were NOT informed of construction right behind our "superior villa" prior to arrival. The noise of an electronic saw was going upon arrival. And a 7.00 a.m. start for the electric saw and noisy workmen. The water was cut off then due to the construction work and we were without for a couple of hours with no clue as to when it wld be restored. I complained to staff about the water situation AND the construction but only got an apology re the water. We had to drive to Nelsons Bay to use a toilet. I was hoping to have a break in a 'holiday park', NOT a construction site. I feel ripped off.

Brilliant location but more importantly the park looked after me & supported me when my needs unexpectedly changed. I cannot thank them enough

Great place
Wonderful, our magic beach!!
Unfortunately no coffee machine, or plunger! And basic things for cooking, like salt and pepper, oil, and so on. Apart from from that everything was there!😋

Nice walk to the local club for dinner. Close by. Excellent food.
Some extra cooking utensils would have been handy. Sharp knives too.

Great place to stay very clean and we never met the staff only by contact by phone and they tended to our needs. Great dog friendly place, the Cabins were clean and comfortable and easy to access.

I liked the location and how child friendly it is.
The couch was very small. Would be nice is there was sun lounges to relax by the pool. Lots of ants in the cabin. Tv was also very small.
