Excelent place to stay.

Elegant, classy and in a very good area. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The rooms are wonderful. I had an amazing experience with my family. The internet is full speed, the water comes out of the shower instantly hot. The beds are so comfortable and spacious. I would love to stay here again. Wonderful

The bathroom door hinge was broken, so that could be fixed for the nest guest, but it’s a minor detail

Love the comfort, strategic location and friendly staff members

Value for money accommodation. Customer will get a comfortable accommodation, strategically located near to many attractions and facilities, yet the price is very reasonable.

The breakfast selection is rather limited.

Awesome VIP experience…

Beautiful, private, and it didn’t look and feel like a corporate hotel, it was a more personal and the staff made you feel like a VIP guest.

Central location, safe, pleasant, very spacious suite, amazing staff

Only 1 thing - why all lights are "white tone" while it could be "warm white" and make all the unique atmosphere of the very special construction in "classy"

Great location

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was good wardrobe space with drawers, a safe, and an iron/iron table. The blinders block the luminosity efficiently.

The breakfast is very basic, with limited options of choice. Especially poor choices for vegetarians. The light in the bathroom was a bit faint and in front of the mirror, there was not enough luminosity to put on makeup.

great location, staff is nice but a bit noisy

the location of the hotel is excellent. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around.

The windows in the room are not sound proof, therefore, you can get woken up at night by the street sounds or people coming in and out of their rooms. in addition, if you require AC to sleep at night, the machine is very noise, which makes it hard to sleep with the AC on.

Good bed, WiFi and bathroom. And some staff like Erick are really friendly. it’s located in a nice area too.

unfortunately a lot: - they charge the most ridiculous and insulting exchange rate (which you have to accept since prices are in USD and then converted by them), almost 15% above the official rate. I made a complaint and asked several times what the status was, which obviously was never answered so in the end I paid almost 15% more than calculated. - the jacuzzi was the reason to book this place. for five days it was “just out of order”, “would probably work tomorrow “, “could be booked for tomorrow between 9 and 5 only” and well obviously, it never worked. - breakfast is too basic for this price level. even worse: you have to pay some extra usd a cup to get cappuccino or drinkable coffee. and omelettes are one day als some extra usd’s and one day included so well, so far for consistency. Bonus: did I mention the ordered airport service never showed up? I addressed all the above mentioned while staying there and not a single one of them was solved, and a lot of the employees really did not seem to care either. To sum it up: definitely a once in a lifetime experience.

Superb

The location can't be beat. Within walking distance to parks, museums, restaurants, cafes, zoo, etc. Our suite was huge and even had a washer and dryer. Bed, linens and towels all great. The staff was wonderful especially our butler Felipe Munoz - he was amazing. Couldn't have been better. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Mexico City.

Staff was friendly and it's in a good location, walking distance to restaurants.

Stale bread at breakfast. Room was too small for a king bed, barely enough space for the bags to fit in. No help getting bags up/down the stairs to the street.

Exceptional

The location at Polanco was a great choice. Nice neighborhood, safe and beautiful, with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is lovely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Eric, the head butler, has an eye for the smallest details and always gave immediate support and assistance ( in English).

Too less to mention.

awesome hotel! location is perfect, clean, affordable, comfortable, convenient, lots of car space, new rooms, great staff!

walls are paper thin, breakfast ain’t great and you HAVE to share tables, traffic on hotel street at rush hour.

Great location! Exceptional staff. Rooms are a bit small BUT the location and the staff make it all worth it. Would stay again.

The only thing is that it can be a bit noisey. Rooms are very close together and house keepers will knock at 8 am unless you have do not disturb up

I'd stay again... on an upper floor.

The only thing missing was a side table on my side of the bed for my computer and glasses

My ground floor room was a bit noisy as folks and staff walked by on the way to the breakfast room.
