Buena opción si van de paso.

Las camas estaban cómodas, buena ubicación, limpio, muy tranquilo y la atención fue rápida.

La tv tenía interferencia y hacía un ruido horrible, tenía pocos canales, nos dieron tarjeta como llave y resultó que la puerta ni tenía cerradura electrónica. Al llegar la atención fue rápida pero faltó amabilidad, ni la bienvenida escuchamos, parecía que estaban molestos, había un joven de pie que ni las buenas noches dio, no se si era el encargado.

staff unhelpful. tried to fob us off with very poor rooms (without windows). failed to tell us room keys had to be re-set virtually every time we returned, which forced us to go up and down stairs a lot.

Staff very friendly! Room was clean, perfekt shower! Bed for me very good!

Booking wrote total Price 719 mxn, i paid 790...i asked, nobody told my why!!? I booked douple room, i get Single Room paid for Double!! Notice "This is Olmega Express Hotel, there is other one called Omega Plaza! Parking is only in Olmega Plaza

Very poor

They gave us a different room than the one we paid for, a very small and unconfortable one. When we asked to change the room and get the one that we actually booked,at first we were told that there were no more rooms available and only after we insisted, we got the appropiate room. Also the hairdryer and the safety box didn't work.

Breakfast: day 1 half an hour wait because most was booked for a group, needing assistance to take food - day 2: not even getting a coffee when checking out at start of breakfast time Staff attitude Getting an upgrade as the hotel was closed but not being informed - having to go around to find the sister hotel

Put in the worst room, not pleased

Breakfast is good, being dog friendly is a plus as we are traveling with our dog.

We got a text message stating we have been upgraded at no extra charge a few hours before arrival. At check in the male receptionist seemed on drugs and gave us quite possibly the worst room in the whole hotel. 115, has a window looking into the shaft, lights didn’t work, mounding around doors were falling off. It was meant to be a dark closet

Economic stay with good free breakfast, pet-friendly.

Economic option in the center. Dog was an extra 250 pesos a night. Free breakfast was good, included baked goods, eggs, tortilla, coffee, juice, granola, yogurt.

Room was smaller than expected.

Really appreciate that the restaurant was open after 8.

The room was dated. I think they put all the dogs on the same floor. The room had no windows and it felt like the cheapest rooms. The 2 small pugs doubled the cost of our room.

I like location of the hotel beacuse it is really close to stores and restaurants.

I didn't stayed on this hotel because they were remodeling the hotel so they sent me to another one couple blocks away.
