Went to check in and left before finishing for how filthy the place was.
The staff, dirty.

Fairly new location / facility. Rooms equipped with all appliances, and technology.
I stayed on the Highway side - window / blinds didn’t provide any buffer from Vehicles Traffic Noise .. Rooms are small, no kitchenware in the room.

The hotel was cheap, and parking was free. I wouldn't suggest staying here unless you have to. Certainly not for leisure.
Everything was worn, or damaged in the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable. The furniture layout was awkward, and we bumped our heads several times. You need a keycard to get past the lobby, so it was secured, however, that also indicated it wasn't a safe area.

The overall staff
Clarissa checked me in I’ll tell you right now if I was still managing the restaurants I used to manage I’d poach her in a minute so kind engaging and personable
Also the general
Manager Ashley was just as kind and personable
Extended stay is very luck to have them
A little noisy throughout the night

I liked the kitchenette in the room, but the room was smaller than expected, but enough room for 2 adults. Hotel could benefit from little deep cleaning in rooms & hallway carpets.
The location was not in a desirable area of Providence, but I didn't feel unsafe staying there. It was still within 10 min drive to downtown Providence & all the city attractions

The front desk person was nice, ultimately super helpful once they were back in the front desk area.
I have stayed at several extended stays across new england for work. This particular location is by fat, the absolute worst. The outside is so nice seeming, but the inside is a fake gucci belt.
Check In was at 3pm.
I arrive at 5:15pm.
No one is at the front desk. I waited for 20 minutes. No one.
Called the front desk using the lobby phone, no answer.
The front desk person was out back smoking a cigarette. **they were very nice though, and ultimately super helpful once they were back in the front desk area.**
I get into the room, immediately REAKS of cigarettes.
the bed is rumpled, looks like someone was laying in it and then they sealed the room. hot mess.
AND THE NOISE!!!!! The highway noise is something awful! IDK why they did not put better insulation or glass on that side of the building to down out that god awful noise.
I leave to seek another room.
walk out to the hallway, notice the carpet is damp. and it smells like garbage water.
the carpet was also DISGUSTING. Looked like someone took soot from a chimney and smeared it all over the carpet. Not cool.
Then! I get a new room, this time on a different floor. great.
I thought, awesome. No. it was not.
Someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door.
there was mold growing out of that hole, and it was sticky. Gross.
I didn't want to fight anymore, had been traveling all day.
I went to bed.
The next day, I see things in the light of day, without exhaustion.
- the toilet seat was broken.
- the shower did not drain properly. I showered only, had to wait for the water to drain in order to get fully clean so I wouldn't be wading in my own filth.
- the inside of the fridge had some juice or sticky stuff all over the shelves.
I walk outside, it got worse:
- the carpet was absolutely atrocious. it looked like someone had been dragging their trash bins all over the ground.
- and the smell. same as the 3rd floor, garbage water. that carpet needs a good shampoo or replacement.
1/5. Not going back.

Didn’t get to go as we slept in.
Nothing

Nothing....there was NO coffee made in morning, 8:30 am, and only granola bars and gross packaged muffins!
When I upgraded to 2 double beds our room was placed on 4th floor, next to an extremely loud family and a lot of road noise all night. The bathroom door was not aligned and was extremely loud (stuck) when closed. Was woken every time someone had to use the bathroom.

They withdraw money later when booking on the site, and when checking in. They don't return back. There are cockroaches in the room, everywhere is very dirty. I have been writing to the site manager for 4 days now. nobody is answering.

The room was clean. Ample free parking.
No shower curtain in my room, frequently no one at front desk to assist, meager "grab and go" breakfast, noisy. This shouldn't be promoted as a hotel for travelers. It is largely low-income housing. Many long-term residents/families. A school bus even picks up outside the entrance. Get to the breakfast early, as each day residents were gathering up all of the packaged muffins and packets of instant oatmeal. It sounded like a basketball game was in progress in the room above us. After over 2 hours, at 11 pm, we went to the desk to seek help from the staff. There was no one at the desk, but they left a number to call. The person who answered said she was in a nearby room and didn't hear anything. She said she didn't know what we expected her to do about it.

Didn't eat breakfast so I can't really rate it. All the staff was friendly and for the most part very helpful and very informative. The size of the room was phenomenal I like the fact that he has a full kitchen and it's actually sit down on the couch and watch TV instead of having to sit on my bed. If I had a guest over and they can watch TV and I would still be able to work at my desk without me being in the way so the spacing and the layout was great!
Didn't really like the location, also didn't like how the Wi-Fi was lagging even though I paid for faster speeds. Also I guess it's just because I'm so used to having easy access to the guide when I'm searching for a program, can set up was just a little outdated that's all
