La alberca y el cuarto amplio
Hay fiestas enfrente de las habitaciones, no son en un salón si no en una carpa la música altísima y hasta las 3 am terminan. Después de viajar por más de 7 horas quieres descansar y así es imposible

not much
needs refurbishing desperately - I booked a Villa with a kitchenette- no plates, cups, silverware- nothing and gas stove to did not work. There are geese on the property that made walking my dog impossible. The pool is tiny and right next to the front desk. This is a roadside motel, not a hotel and the neighborhood is sketchy.

I liked how the property was gated. I really appreciated that they offered laundry services cause my son had got sick on the car ride over and they open which was convenient.
it was older and not as up to date as I expected for the price we paid.

Lovely grounds, nice swimming pool
Dated rooms, unreliable availability of hot water, torn windows screens and LOTS of mosquitoes. Many multiple levels in the room could be dangerous!

The staff were wonderful, they consistently went over and above to be helpful and accommodating for us.
We found the beds very hard and uncomfortable.

Very nice restaurant with Oaxacan entrees for breakfast. Somehow pleasant vistas appeared in the middle of a city, complete with birds chirping. Our two-bedroom villa was very comfortable. The stove did not appear to work, but this did not affect us. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool looked inviting, but we had forgotten our swimsuits. Would stay there again. There are tennis courts next door associated with a club, but they were not open yet. The beds are firm, but not uncomfortable for us; tastes may vary.
Just check that the stove works, in case you need it.
Be careful walking in the tourist areas center city at night ( this hotel is not near the city center ). If you purchase an item, look around to see who is observing your purchase. Tourists can be targets of somewhat complex schemes, apparently including being followed, even after you've left the area in your car. We were saved by my Mexican girlfriend's excellent intuition. We did not stick around to interview our possible followers, so who knows. In Mexico, the innocent explanation of coincidence may not always be the explanation to rely on. Or, there are people who will use coincidence to their advantage. Locals are super-cautious. You should be also. The city center is very enjoyable, by the way. The markets are really good.
