Everything was perfect. Would love to stay here again.

Super clean and uncluttered. Spacious. Kitchen had exactly what we needed to cook a few meals at home: pots & pans, dishes, utensils, a cooktop, ample counterspace. Loved the espresso machine, plus the complementary espresso pods and tea bags! We enjoyed chillin' & dining on the small terrace (beautiful view!). Really appreciated the maps and other literature about recommended activities in the area. Easy access from the bus from Bolzano/Bozen or Bressanone/Brixen: We got off at the St. Antonius Platz bus stop, and then it was a 3-minute walk to the public escalators, and then another 3 minute walk to Villa Hubertus. The host was super helpful via What's App, and always responded very quickly.

The kitchen was completely accessorized. The apartment was big and clean.location was excellent, about 5 minutes walking to every place in the center- there is an escalator was located a minute from the apartment. There was a free parking lot.

This property is perfectly situated near the ski slopes and boasts a stunning view. You'll never have to worry about parking with ample space available and the added convenience of a garage. The lift makes it easy for taking your luggage straight from the garage, the ski equipment storage ensures that you can keep your equipment safely stored away. If you're feeling hungry after a day on the slopes, you won't have to travel far as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, the town center is easily accessible. Inside, the room provides ample storage space with a good wardrobe, while the well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Overall, this property provides everything you need for a comfortable and convenient ski vacation.

Unfortunately, there is currently no mirror available outside of the bathroom. This may present a slight inconvenience, especially if multiple people are getting ready at the same time. It might be worth considering adding a mirror to another area of the property, such as the bedroom or entryway.

The apartment was large, comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location. Gerald was super helpful and accommodating. It was a great place to relax and base out of for the beautiful hikes.

Fantastic!

Our host was awesome, very welcoming and kind. He showed us around, the property, answered questions, and even gave us quite a few hours of late checkout as we finished a morning hike and packed up. The place itself checked all of our boxes: clean, good location, parking, good views, good price.

The apartment was very convenient and exceeded our expectations. Gerald was very helpful and responsive. Excellent location and amazing views. Parking in the basement with an elevator to the apartment.

amazing room for its price ,however it had a little flaws

the rooms are very pretty and comfortable.they have a beautiful view of ortisei and they are equipped with a lot of appliances and technology.

the water was warm but not as warm as I d like . I am not saying it was difficult to have a shower , however for those who enjoy a hot shower its impossible to have one . also one of the biggest bums of the room was that it did not provide enough shampoo

Greatest stay in Dolomites

Everything is perfect, location, room, cleanness, etc. 2 minutes to market and bus station, cable station. Excellent view and very helpful nice host.

I would stay here again! I am from United States, not Italy

I would highly recommend this accommodation! The location was perfect. There was an amazing view from the balcony. The accommodation was 2BR/2BA, with a kitchen. This is the perfect location to explore Seceda and Alpe do Siusi; cable cars for both are short walks from the apartment. Additionally, the entire accommodation is very well crafted and clean. I can’t imagine having a better accommodation. Girard was an excellent host. I am from United States; this profile says Italy.

Nice and clean flat in central Ortisei

Nice and clean one bedroom flat with a beautiful mountain view. The flat is central and they offer parking and ski deposit room. The owners are very friendly and gave us a free entrance to the local sauna/swimming pool.

Great location near Seceda cable car and city centre. Very clean apartment and larger than expected, with a great view to the mountains. It was nice that there was private parking and ski room available. The host was very kind as well.

Very helpful and friendly host who even gave us a small and very nice present. We got bigger room that we ordered. Kitchen is very well equipped. Skibus stop or Seceda lift are just next to villa, town center is also close. Free spa entrance was great. Highly recommend this place!
