Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un Sofitel et surtout d’un 5 étoiles!!!

Service disponible. Masseuses magiques.

Samira du spa est une personne très agréable et elle aime beaucoup sont travaille

Je voudrais remercier Samira au spa Sans exagération c'est la meilleur masseuse spa de Casablanca. Qualité du personnel, de le prestation et surtout la proximité au centre ville Hammam bien décoré et très propre. Le staff est top. Une ambiance très chaleureuse, une experience incroyable. Je recommande! Merci beaucoup à Samira une personne très agréable est très professionnel

C’est un super hôtel a conseiller à toute les personnes venant visiter Casablanca

Le personnel est très poli agréable. L hôtel est très propre le service à l’étage répond à nos demande on a passer un excellent séjour avec ma famille . Les hôtesses à l’accueil sont très sympathique pareil pour le coin spa piscine. Quoi dire de plus sa était un superbe belle hôtel tout a était nickel pour notre séjour. عند الخروخ كان في حفريات أمام الفندق ، ولم يعلمون الفندق ان شـــاءالله الشارع سيغلق ، واضرينا نجلس بانتظار ان شـــاءالله يفتحوا لنا الطريق ساعه كامله ، وهذا الشي يجب يعلمونا ادارة الفندق ، علشان نخرج السياره من السرداب وتكون جاهزه ، لو عندنا موعد اقلاع للسفر لطارت عنا الطائر ، هذي نقطة نظام يجب على ادارة الفندق ان شـــاءالله ينتبهوا لها ، هذي من مسئولياتهم ،،،

If they have a quality polices and follow up, they could have been far better.

Staff are exceptional at reception, resturants, and concierge, extreemly helpful and pleasant. Location very good. Food is very good.

Rooms are not clean, specially fridge and telephone. Some light bulbs are not working and fridge not working. No TV channels apart from Morocon and french. Regardless of our request, no body follow up to as quality control.

perfect stay in Casablanca

This is one or the best Sofitel hotels in Africa. it’s a clear cut above the rest. It has the perfect location with breathtaking views of the Hassan II mosque, the port and the sea view. The location is also safe for strolls to nearby attractions, and a few-minutes drive from the beautiful corniche area. The staff are very helpful, friendly and always trying to help with everything to make the stay perfect.

We were only there one night so the property did not have a chance to fix the problems I stated but

The staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Lack of menus they seem to have made the switch to a paperless environment which is great but as someone who is traveling by WiFi this was a problem. Pool environment was very unclean the handle going into the pool had so much rust build up it was actuality getting on my hand as I went in the pool other than the pool, the beautiful tub in the room took for ever to fill and was almost no hot water, the towel warming rack was already on and I did not know let's just say it was very hot.

Great place in Casablanca. Highly recommend staying here and splurge a bit to get a great view of the mosque.

We had the room with the view of the mosque and ocean. It was a lovely room and neat layout with a way to see the same view from the bathroom as well. The bed was outstanding. Concierge staff were amazing!

Front desk staff seemed a little cold on arrival.

enjoyed staying at this hotel. Nice options of restaurants around. 5 mind walk to madina. The Suite was very nice, nice big balcony with beautiful city and beach view. but i just wish the suite was bit bigger. other than that it was nice and clean. The Staff we very welcoming and kind! I enjoied the moroccan hamam. it was really nice!

didn’t expect from a Sofitel property.

housekeeping and room check. water heating control was not working, only one cup for tea for two persons, likewise one tea bag. on request the housekeeping lady on the floor tried showing attitude to give more tea bags so I sent someone to buy from the market. room design is bad specially for the WC which was where a wardrobe should have been. didn’t make sense where it is located.
