Great Location, Value for Money Hotel

Great Hotel, very clean, spacious room with balcony and ocean view. Great breakfast was included, and the staff were helpful.

Nice view and location but overpriced

Friendly staff, the location was great. The room has a fridge.

Breakfast didn't have much variety and didn't look very fresh. There isn't a kettle in the room. Bathroom was quote old and in need of refurbishment.

Very good

Staff super friendly and helpful, good location for swimming. Half an hour walk or short cab drive from the old town. Good value for money.

Breakfast rather uninspiring. Bit noisy at night from the road straight in front of the hotel, just about ok with windows closed.

Kalamata is a top destination

Location is great Brealfast pretty standard but good value for the overall money that i was charged

There was no hot water in the bathroom. The refrigerator had an awful smell when you opened it.

Good single rooms

The location is pretty good Single rooms are fairly spacious for one person Personnel is friendly and with a great sense of professionalism Given the age of the building, there was a sense of cleaniless

Mattress was terrible. It was like a piece of wood and I couldn't sleep The bathroom curtain could be more clean (had stains that accumulated over the years) Breakfast was ok but nothing few options. I ran to a neighboring bakery to satisfy my breakfast cravings

A delighfull Beach Resort , ideal for swimming & resting

very convenient location for a beach holiday , was there with my two boys 6Y & 12Y , easy access to restaurants , beach , shops really good !

Great stay along the seaside in a charming little big city

Hotel Flisvos enjoys a perfect location on Kalamata's waterfront. Exit the front door and you will immediately be able the locals strolling along the seaside. Hotel staff are extremely professional and helpful.

Breakfast options could be slightly improved in terms of variety - quantity is already more than satisfying.

Sorry for the money i paid.

The location of the hotel is great

Everything looks ok but old. No hot water in bathroom unless you call and ask to turn the heating system. No mosquito nets in balcony. The breakfast so poor, no choices. We paid 85 euro but it was worth 40euro. Really feel sorry for money that was spent.

Disappointing on so many levels…

not a lot

It seems I got the room that no-one wanted ☹️ I was right beside the elevator on the top floor… so each time someone used it, I heard a loud bang in my ceiling (maybe the lift mechanism was right above my room?) and it kept me up all night. Considering I can sleep through earthquakes, this is quite a feat. The shower was so small that the shower curtain actually stuck to my body the whole time... it’s like trying to have a shower whilst in a sleeping bag. Unfortunately, my room was on the side of the building, so no sweeping ocean views 😢 And lastly, there was no blanket on the bed, only a thin cover so it was way too cold 🥶

Great views, very polite and helpful staff, very clean, good breakfast!!

Smoking is allowed although this was nowhere specified on booking.com nor in the hotel’s policy section Therefore I booked a room there assuming that as most other hotels in the UK and in other European countries we visit, Flisvos would be non smoking as well. Unfortunately though it is, and this was to my detriment as the husband of the couple next door would sit outside and chain smoke at night till 1:00 am. The smoke invaded our balcony and room and made it very difficult to breathe and sleep at night. As I’m a recent cancer survivor, inhaling smoke for 2 hours every night was the least I needed! If I knew it was a smoking hotel despite all the good things about it I wouldn’t have booked a room there 😞

Good beachfront hotel

Great location on the beachfront, clean and friendly staff.

The breakfast & coffee is not self service, guests must inform staff behind the counter what they would like. Small portions served so I always left a little hungry.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect : location right on the beach, friendly stuff, really clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Perfect choice for those money. I recommend for sure and would go again.

Fantastic hotel

Perfect location with the beach over the road. Spotlessly clean. Great staff and very cheap.

It’s got a church next door with really loud bells.
