i truly enjoyed a peaceful & relaxing stay at the Green House. and the bed is super comfortable.

beautiful apartment; with all the amenities very well kept; great neighborhood; super comfortable bed. felt like home. i highly recommend the Green House to anyone who truly appreciates a wonderful place to relax and enjoy themselves. great location also.

i have nothing bad to say about the Green House. it's better lodging there than a lot of local overpriced unkept hotel/motel establishments. it's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy quality comfort.

Green House is a great, affordable spot to stay in central Tampa.

Just like staying in a hotel, but with more kitchen capabilities. The bed was fine.

There is a window AC unit and a mini split, but you can only use the window and it is quite loud. There is only AC in the bedroom. Therefore, the kitchen and bathroom get a bit warm and humid compared to the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked but missing an oven mitt or something to set hot pots/pans on.

amazing location nice and quiet neighborhood they had a nice setup if you wanted to cook in the room. even had k cups with a variety of coffees and 2 waters in the fridge which we really appreciated

they go the extra mile to make your stay nice. only complaint is the bed is like a memory foam which bothered my back but everything else was amazing. they

Very clean, prompt response from host when I needed help

Bed topper was way too soft for me, couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC ( please leave directions) and couldn't charge cell phone near bed - (suggest a power strip by bed)

Overall it was a decent place to stay.

The apartment was spacious and the hostess was nice.

No hot water in the shower + the refrigerator made a lot of noise

Quiet place to stay for a few days.

The small kitchenette was perfect to use. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The location was central for visiting Tampa.

The water faucets are backwards, so we had cold showers until we figured that out! We saw a few very tiny ants, but so long as we kept all food stuffs completely put away, we had no issues.

It was a great getaway spot.

This would have been the perfect place if the mattress had some support.

overall this was a nice place to stay. very quiet, easy to find, very clean and was great for what I needed.

If I could change one thing it would be the mattress. There was absolutely no support from the mattress making my 4 night stay difficult with the very little sleep I got.

Wonderful alternative to a hotel. I enjoyed the comfort and privacy this property provided.

This property is very comfortable, cozy and clean. The private entrance is great with additional security lighting which is helpful when coming and going at night/early morning. This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby bus stops. It also has extra driveway space if needed. This property made me feel very safe and secure and is much nicer and cleaner than most hotels. If available, then I will definitely choose to stay here again rather than at a hotel.

A washer/dryer would be very helpful and convenient. The shower is incredibly small. I am 5ft and I weigh about 110 and I had difficulty managing the tight space. However, the water pressure and temperature is awesome. Although the bed is very spacious it is also very soft, so if you prefer a firmer mattress you may be disappointed.
