My husband and I had to stay here while we were getting our truck repaired at the Freightliner down the street. Thankfully the Freightliner offered shuttle service. The hotel itself was clean and kept up and the staff were very nice. It wasn’t the most updated room, but wasn’t old and worn down either. We upgraded to a hot tub room for extra relaxation which was really nice. And there was an exhaust vent over the hot tub which was very smart. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fairly clean, some discoloration in the tub and on the shower curtain, but over all clean. Breakfast was included with our stay, but we didn’t partake. My only complaints is that the maintenance man came through the hallway a few times mid-morning blasting music from a speaker in the garbage can he was pushing around. We were already awake so thankfully his extremely loud music didn’t wake us, but I’d imagine if someone had a late night or just wanted to sleep in, that would have been very disruptive. That was quite inconsiderate of him. And someone was smoking marijuana and stunk up the entire wing we were in as we were leaving the morning of checkout. But there is nothing the hotel and staff could have done to prevent that from happening. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

The bed was super comfortable. Loved that it had a seperate tub, but the toilet was very small and sat low. Way too small and sat way too low.

The stay was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the room was big bathroom a little small but water pressure was great!, pool and hot tub were huge, the hotel was quiet and right by quick food spots, staff were very friendly and quick with service like towels etc.!!! Overall one of the best hotels I’ve been to can’t wait to book again

The room smells like smoke, our cards don't work to open our door, had to go back and get new cards 2 times and still only one sometimes works, there are several lights that don't work in the room and the remote doesn't work for tv. The only reason I didn't give less stars is the staff have all been very helpful.

Toilet was leaking at the shut off valve. But was addressed during our stay. Toilet was running. Maintenance fixed it, but it soon after started running again. had a little trouble with the TV. Controller did not work. I took the batteries out and turned them put them back in and it worked. But then the TV would not turn on. Found out that it was actually not plugged in. So I fixed that and then I got a message on the TV screen that there was no service. At that point, I called the front desk and the young lady was able to talk me through getting the service back on. The fire door on the first floor was propped open several times by stones. I’m sure it’s the smokers in the building. But it is a bit concerning because anyone could walk in. I notified the desk. After that, I just kept kicking the stone out. Tried to report it at the front desk again, but the line was extremely long and I did not have time to wait.

Room set up and size excellent. Bed extremely comfortable. Hotel overall shows age and ongoing use. Needs attention for minor but noticed repairs. Toilet handle stuck and runs unless juggled. Chips in bathroom vanity. No sink stopper in vanity. Several large stains in carpet (being pet friendly) caused some concerns on cleanliness. Requested room service for housekeeping three times over two days, apparently front desk and housekeeping need to work on communication skills or method. Finally went to front desk to ask for fresh towels - told room service only available three days a week upon request. Guess my requests didn’t count. Took out own trash on 4th day. Breakfast was good, but repetitive. Lobby cleanliness excellent. Would stay again if a shorter timeframe. Pool was great for the families. Parking lot definitely needs some attention. Pot holes jolted some things, but have been staying here off and on for past ten years.

Front desk staff in all 3 shifts: friendly and all tentative. They were eagerly awaiting someone to repair the elevator when I walked in late evening. Cleaning staff working hard on Sunday morning cleaning up a spill in the stairwell. Facilities: Dated but somewhat clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom needed some work with really low vanity and toilet. Stain on carpet. The front lobby was probably really inviting back in the day. Miscellaneous: Exterior parking lot was issue for me. Parking lot in the back was flat out scary. It came down to the people, some being guests I assume. They were milling around in/out of their cars smoking weed. Heavy smell of weed in the parking lot, hallways, and stairwells. Some cars looked condemned with hoarder type situations. Business needs to continue to monitor the property the best they can; I know it’s not easy. Breakfast: passed on breakfast. Not terrible but needs to be Constantly monitored with kids around.

It looks like it would have been nice back in the day. Now its pretty basic. The parking is convenient. The location is easy to find and is close to a few fast food places and a gas station. The breakfast was disappointing. You could have carbs or carbs. They had coffee and two types of juice. And there was cereal, muffins, and some bread and bagels. The dining area is big and there used to be a bar there, or, rather, the bar is still there but looks like it hasnt been used in ages. It felt a little like the Stanley hotel with the empty bar and the big dining space with lots of tables but no people.

This property was an okay place for an overnight stopover to our final destination. Pulling up to the entrance there was a super strong weed smell, and not 100% certain but we think one of the front desk workers was one of the ones lighting up. This is assumed only because she checked my brother-in-law in and told him the wrong door to enter so my sister who has mobility issues had a super long walk to the room whereas if we were told the correct entrance (A2) it was only a mere 8 steps or so. Other than that all of the other employees were kind and pleasant.

Close to highway but needs love. Our room had repairs and water damage. When we 1st walked in smelt like mildew. Bathroom had patches in ceiling that were not completely repaired, just drywall screwed to fix a hole caused by a leak. The room was clean but just really dated.

Don’t expect new bed sheets, towels, or any cleaning of your room while you’re staying. Need to go to front desk for new towels. My departure was a pile of dirty wet towels that sat for days.

Cable wire sticking out of the wall had to plug it in myself. Tv kept shutting off every 15-20 minutes. Pool wasnt cleaned over night the area looked like they were partying all night long.

The older blonde woman at the desk was not friendly, the younger brunette with glasses was very pleasant. Remote for TV did not work, light bulb was burnt out, the bathtub was full of water when we first entered the room and there were cleaning rags left on the bathroom counter. Overall the stay was less than expected.

The floors were filthy, the room felt damp and smelled of mildew. The refrigerator was wobbly. The staff favored other guests over the ones standing in a line waiting for service. The staff went out of their way to make their guests feel like they did something wrong.

This hotel was okay for our purpose of just needing a place to stay for a night. I feel that the ratings were a little high though. Check in was easy but not exceptionally personable. Asked for late check out and they added half an hour for us. Had to walk through the pool area to get to the elevator from the lobby, which was okay, just weird. Our room was clean. Bed and pillows were a bit soft for my liking (and I'm not usually too picky about that.) The TV kept cutting in and out and the sound wasn't synced with the picture. This was for every channel we tried. Not a deal breaker, but kind of annoying. The bathroom was as clean as it could be. It definitely needs some updating and the shower needs to be cleaned and re-caulked. A little lacking on outlets/USB ports. The elevator was having an issue with malfunctioning, so we ended up taking the stairs quite a bit, but that wasn't too big of a deal. I wouldn't advise against staying here but I will be trying another option if I need to stay in that part of town again.

Hotel 2 Lobby was nice. Person who checked me in was friendly. Liked the clean looking beds. White covers make it harder to hide stains. But our room smelled really musty. It might have been coming from the bathroom, which had mold stains in the shower. Not sure. But made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Kept the bathroom door closed when not being used just in case.

This was a lovely hotel. Our room was perfect, our bed was a bit hard for sleeping on. And our floors ice machine was down. Had to go to main floor for that. But overall we enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn. Lots of room to park, and walkable to lots of local restaurants or gas stations. There was a Park down the road with interesting monuments. Just a few minutes from the main highway. But you couldn't hear it from in your room.
