Music blaring from a wedding while we tried to sleep. Bathroom was extremely outdated. Hair everywhere on the floor amd bath (I did mention this to reception and they quickly had this cleaned up). This is in no way a 5 star hotel!!

The Radisson Blu is located on a dual carriageway 20 minutes from the city centre, with good transport links. Set in beautiful grounds, the hotel is well-maintained and offers everything for a relaxing stay.
Rooms are large and comfortable, if showing minor wear and tear.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served until 10:30, and is reasonably priced for the selection available. Staff, again, are very friendly and helpful.
The only disappointment this time was the amount of draught/wind blowing through the reception and Orangerie restaurant. Although storm Ashley was passing through, I feel more could have been done to minimise the amount of cold air entering the building. It’s was quite uncomfortable for diners. That said, the meal was well-presented and enjoyable.
I’ll stay again!

Great room, fantastic breakfast, not to be missed. Great overall value for Dublin. Will be back

Great location and lovely gardens to explore. There is great transport links and plenty of parking. We found the staff wonderful to deal with and everywhere was clean. We dined in the bar, I had a beef dinner and it was cold. My partner had a pizza and it was average at best. I saw others have burgers and steaks and they looked amazing. The bar was well stocked and service was superb. We will be back for sure

I feel very at home in this hotel.

“Standard Room” advertised as 1 or 2 Queen beds but in fact there was 2 single beds.

Beautiful backyard. Nice staff.

Wonderful! First class hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Superb room overlooking the beautiful garden. Lovely and quiet, will definitely stay again.

The hotel and grounds were lovely. We asked the housekeeping staff to clean our room, and the trash wasn’t even emptied and nothing was done except stacking pillows on a radiator. There was no toilet tissue given, so we ran out in the middle of the night. The food and drinks at orangerie are very good, but trying to wave down a server can prove difficult. We ordered, received, ate our entire meal before our cocktails were delivered- *after* we ate- and we had ordered them 15 minutes before the meal! We had to ask for water just to have something to drink because we are en entire meal without any beverage at all.
Hotel was lovely to look at.
William was a standout in the Orangerie.

Property grounds were great, like a royal home. Rooms though are dated. The bar and restaurant were good. Service was good as well

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location with great staff. Duvets were much too hot and we were unable to get the room cool enough to sleep well. We finally asked to have the duvet replaced by a sheet and blanket and then could sleep.

Having stayed at this hotel previously we were very surprised to be given a room with an extremely rundown bathroom. The tiles were cracked, the toilet seat did not fit correctly and the bath enamel was dirty and had lifted in places. We were moved to a similar room where the bathroom was satisfactory, no upgrade, no explanation. We could not book a meal in the restaurants as they were too busy so had to eat at the "Bar" instead.... only appeared to be one extremely flustered manager working, waited long time for service and when food finally arrived it was inedible and cold to boot! I was offered something else from the menu but she told us they were so busy and short staffed! We paid the bill and left.
I completely disagree with the 5star rating this hotel has, it looks great upon arrival but sadly the experience we had left us agreeing not to ever return.

In a nice quiet area with beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed having breakfast buffet outside by the lawn. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night but would love to have been able to stay longer and enjoy the ambience more.

The front desk staff at checkin was very lovely, especially the gentleman from Canada.

It’s a conference hotel that desperately needs some TLC. Moved from our first room because of a hole in the shower walls and soap scum everywhere. Put in next room with a lingering smell in the carpet and handful of hair still in the tub surround, but was too tired to complain again. Definitely not worth the over $200 nightly rate.

Bed was comfortable, very nice location/surrounding area. Great lavazza coffee machine in the room. Hotel is very old and kept up well and clean

I booked two queen beds for an elderly couple. They were offered a double and a tiny single bed. I had gone to some lengths to explain why I could only book of there was two queen sized beds available so was surprised to have a tiny single bed offered. They were moved and the staff were lovely however I am sad to see an older couple do need someone to advocate on their behalf. Getting what we paid for would have been a much better experience. Credit to the staff that sorted the problem though.
The rooms are a bit dated and could do with an upgrade for the price

Outside main city center but still close enough to Uber into downtown. Nice historical building with gardens. Great breakfast with outdoor seating!

Good location and the bar and restaurant area are cool. Rooms were ok, a bit more room would have been nice. Also the elevator was not working and looked like it had not been working for a while

This is a lovely property outside of the center of town. It’s about a 20 minute taxi cab drive into town. It has the feel of an old manor and is very elegant. Breakfast buffet was good, And staff were great. The property could use with some updating.

Beautiful hotel!

The grounds are wonderful and food is tasty at the restaurants even if service is a bit slow. but our room was not cleaned when we were there. Just the beds were made but washroom was not cleaned at all for five days that we were there. That was unexpected for such a high end hotel. It left a bad impression.
