We had a suite, very well furnished and comfortable accommodations. It was very quiet and easily accessible to Biloxi casinos and interstate.

Usually have a good stay here. There was only one bath towel and toilet was not anchored to floor well. Breakfast was not we have gotten there before and they had to make coffee.

Tv messed up, called for 2 days kept promising someone would come but no one ever did. Hot water was off first day but did improve the 2nd. Also told nothing they can do. Breakfast was just sad. Room in need of multiple repairs. Bed felt fairly clean at least.

It was good until I got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes because the elevator broke I asked them to compensate my stay and they said they don't do that so I'm going to have to take it further action

Looks can be deceiving. The photos shown on the site did not match what we walked into. The room wasn’t filthy but it was definitely not clean to the standards it should have been. There were cobwebs in the corners of the windows and it looked like the windows hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. It had a dingy smell and appeared to have water damage on the window sill and on the inside of the wall where the window and the AC unit are located. The molding had either been torn away from the wall or had been water damaged to the point it would no longer adhere. The carpets were dingy and needed to be cleaned. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough but that’s about the only positive I can give. The entire hotel needs a lot of work and updating. I booked this stay a month in advance knowing that the area where we were staying would be very busy due to a car show. Had I not already paid for it with my option to cancel expiring 2 days before leaving, we would have stayed somewhere else. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

This trip was for our 49th Wedding Anniversary. We’ve stayed here in the past. But it’s been awhile. We definitely won’t ever stay again! The property has really gone down.Room we booked was supposed to a jacuzzi Suite but it was just a room with an old outdated jacuzzi tub. The room needs a good cleaning had something sticky on one of the night stand tables. Long
Strains of hair on commode, counter and floor in bathroom. The clerk that was on duty that checked up in was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Air conditioner was loud. Carpet in hallway old, worn out, fitness room is in terrible condition. My husband couldn’t get inside because the battery on key pad or something needed replacing. Told maintenance guy, it took over 45 minutes. Every thing in it needs replacing and upgrading. The hotel needs a serious upgrade! I would it recommend this hotel. I always travel with cleaning supplies, extra sheets, and towels. I thank God that I do. Because some of there towels still had some hair on them. The Room was good, but I rather stay at a better newer hotel!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is dirty..the place was so outdated and had water damage and mold. I felt sick so I had to check out a day early and go home. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! See attached photos and the bathroom was gross but I got tired of taking photos!

Checked in to our room and it was dirty. Dirty floors. Dirty bedding. Dirty chairs. Dead bugs all over and food on the floor. I was shown multiple rooms all the same before i told them we wouldn't be staying there. Hallways were dirty. Doors, door knobs. Everything was gross. Doors didn't close properly so you had to make sure to pull them shut otherwise they'd stay open. Not safe.

Seemed to be renovated or the outside but patch work present, i.e paint- elevator outdated and portable AC in the hall and room door didn’t close securely.

Location is convenient. However, the pictures on the website of the rooms do not look like the rooms in person. First room we got smelled bad, dark stains on the comforter, and had roaches and hair in the bathroom. Second room was much better but pillow cases had stains on them. Hotel has old carpeting which makes the hallway smell very damp and old.

We had to switch rooms our first night due to air conditioning issues. We were put into a second room, same issue. The excuse was given that they weren't full all week so some air conditioners hadn't been ran. We were not able to move rooms again that night due to capacity. However, we then had to move rooms the seond night as the ac was still not fixed in the second room. Due to the problem, three of us, myself, daughter, and pregnant wife had to all fit in a king bed as they had no mlre double beds available. Of our whole trip, the hotel was the worst part.

We were moved to 3 different rooms and then left when we found bed bugs. Tried to call the hotel to talk to Manager but would not talk to me

This property has many problems and issues. There is a foul odor of mildew and mold covered by noxious air freshener. The hallway is lined with portable AC units that arent keeping up with the humidity and dinginess of the hallway interior. This is matched by low white light lighting giving an eirie dark foreboding feel. The room was cleanish with dirt and dust accumulated in corners and around furniture. The beds were very uncomfortable and room had humid feel with everything sort of sticky and dingy. The "breakfast" was limited with offerings and containers that food was in werent really clean. For the "last straw" for us, as I was waiting for my piece of toast in the toaster, a cockroach came out from under the toaster, scrambled around the countertop and went back under the toaster. We packed up and left as soon as possible. I am shocked that this property bears the name of Marriott. I am shocked that this property is still open and not condemned.

We booked this stay based on the room having a “hot tub” within. Unfortunately when we arrived the whole hotel smelled a bit “wet” for lack of a better description. Once arriving at our room we realized that the “hot tub” was just a large bath tub and the jets did not even work therefore having our our moms night out turn into weirdly sitting in a warm bath together. Upside is that the staff was polite and respectful and the room was clean at an 8/10 scale! I wouldn’t spring for the extra money again to stay here. It’s the second time I’ve given the place a chance with little to no luck. It’s a bummer but not the getaway I was hoping for :/

It was ok. The breakfast could've been better but over all it was ok.

We expected more from a Raddison property. There were stains on the linen, no landline phone, no alarm clock, air conditioner was noisy all night long, saw little bugs on floor twice, and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was not exactly customer focused; upon checking in the clerk spoke in her cell phone before addressing me and when I checked out there were 2 clerks there who were talking the whole time I was waiting for my receipts. Neither never asked me how our stay was.
We had stayed in a Choice property across the road a month prior which was better other than all the doors were outside. Will never go to Country Inn again.

When I walk in the room there was a big cockroach on the floor. In the bathroom there was mold up the ceiling. Water was leaking and on alll the floor. Remote control to the tv stop working. My sister got sick.

The dining area has mystery drips down the walls, on the ceiling and on the window sills.
Our toilet wouldn’t flush and the air conditioner barely worked until I took the filter out and cleaned it myself

With exception to a barking dog across the hall and the AC leaking, the room was decent and also clean. The maintenance man was very prompt in getting the issue with the AC resolved and the staff was very friendly.

As soon as we got in the room it still had trash from McDonald’s. There were bugs. No towels. The sink and shower were leaking so our bathroom floor was constantly wet. And when we showed the front desk and the manager the leak in the bathroom they said they would go take a look while we were gone and they never did. We came back asked for towels and front desk said i don’t have access to that room here’s 2 pool towels and we had 5 people in our room…. She said she would give me more when she was done and never did. It was unprofessional and they did not care.
