Good location in Mendoza. Quiet. Many good restaurants and cafés nearby. The pool was not clean and has a strange angle at the bottom making it a bit difficult to enjoy it.

Friendly, safe and quiet.
I would prefer that the mattresses would be a bit harder. As is they are quite standard at the moment.

Very friendly staff; good breakfast; good location

Although the location is good, while the lobby is OK, the hotel room is quite run down. Breakfast was nothing to write home about either. This hotel should be advertised as a 2 stars instead of 3 stars hotel. It was worth the discounted price of about $75 a night but definitely not at its full price.

I was in this hotel during the summertime. I say this because some of the details below might not be noticed in another season. As all places, this one has in my opinion Pros and improVements:
Pros:
- Close to Sarmiento Street, artery of the city with bars and restaurants in Mendoza City.
- Price is OK if you do not want to spend much. - Some rooms with bedroom and living room that can be used as secondary sofa-bed room.
To Improve:
- NO SINGLE SOCKET for plugging phone or laptop chargers in the bedroom of the room I had. incredible but real. I had to call main desk because I though it was me unable to find any socket. I was told the only way was to disconnect the small TV plug (in the wall in front of the bed), and connect there... this socket is located in the upper part of the wall.. no cable goes that far so you have to leave your (unique) device plugged hanging from the socket... and forget the TV in the meantime. If you have more than one device to charge, you will have to use the ONLY one socket in the bathroom or the ONLY one in the living room.
- Bathroom shower access is difficult since the glass screen could not be folded. The space between the shower access, the bidet, the WC and the sink is not the best for big people.
- There is no AIr Conditioning in the living room. If you travel alone is Ok since the bedroom has their own AC split, but if travelling with someone sleeping in the sofa-bed, that is gonna be quite hot in summertime.

This place is a fiasco. The staff are out of control and the rooms are so weird! No concept of hospitality.
- good things: big rooms: bedroom and living room. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the floor. Nice small pool.
- front desk clerk did not give us a room even if rooms were available...check in time is 3 pm, it does not matter if you traveled all night.
- Housekeeping forgot to give toilet paper one day, shampoo another day, did not clean toilet, and disregarded the “do not disturb signs on our door”. We asked for two toilet paper rolls, for obvious reasons but were told: “no only one per room”. Amazing!!!
- I wrote email to general manage but no response. I asked front desk clerk to talk to manager and got totally bad attitude. No managers on duty every day!!! Out of control.
- Raggy and stained towels
- Bathroom has drain that is connected to the sewer and stinks up the entire place, we found a towel covering the drain helped.
- Wifi poor.
- AC was good in bedroom but no AC in living room. Always too hot.
- Only electrical outlets to plug in your personal electronic is ONE in bedroom, way up on the wall with TV plugged in , only ONE in the living room, TV plugged in. I’ve never seen a Hotel room with NO plugins for personal use.
Out of control Hotel!!! Staff unfriendly. There are many other places in Medoza, I hope others better!!

The hotel is located in a quite central area, close to main attractions and restaurants. The front desk employees were kind and helpful.
The bathroom was not clean properly. The towels were tear off. The bedspread had stains. The iron board cover was burned with holes and the temperature selection dial was broken. The breakfast was poor. The WiFi had poor signal.

One person at the front desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Suggested new wine bus that was excellent lower cost alternative. Very accommodating in letting us hang out until our room was ready and on our checkout day until our overnight bus left. Suite was quite large with adequate furnishings. Pool is very small, but good place to cool off. Good wifi. No English speaking television stations, but this seems to be the norm in Argentina. Would have been nice however to be able to keep up on the news.

Central for walking to everything

The kitchenette was very understocked, with only one pot, no pans, and no sharp knives, making it difficult to cook. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great little hotel with bar and great breakfast. Laundry service is a bit overpriced so skip that. Helpful and cheerful staff to boot!

The Condor Suites was a god choice as it gave one the ease of being able to have what you wanted when you wanted it, for example tea or coffee. Rather than a cafe etc..it's in a very nice area and very close to transport and a great supermarket

I recommend this room for people who don't really care for fancy rooms. My room was very clean, big and had nice shower.
That's all I needed. But furniture is very old And bed was too soft, uncomfortable for me.

Overall, this was a pretty good stay. For the price, everything was very decent.PROS: big clean room, relatively cheap, great location- not a bad walk from anywhere, decent breakfastCONS: wi-fi was very poor (virtually unusable), the "king bed" was really just two twin beds pushed next to each other, so don't be fooled by that.

The Condor Suites was the perfect hotel for my wife and I; reasonably priced, great staff, good location, and spacious rooms.
