Clean, comfortable and convenient. Good breakfast that rotates every day. A bit of a language barrier with room staff, but workable. Convenient to steak house, Korean and many other eateries

Our stay was very comfortable, and the property was in an excellent location for our various events. The price was good as well.

This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The couch was falling apart, broken items throughout the room, and overall filthy. The sheets on the bed were filthy, and the pillows definitely didn’t look like they were fresh. People were hanging out in the hallways and smoking weed. I didn’t feel safe.

The overall stay was excellent however, on 11-29-24 at or about 10:00am, I tried to have the cleaning lady empty my trash cans in my room 239 (The two ladies were cleaning the room to my right as you are facing my room from the hallway). I was ignored so I went back into my room and heard them laughing. I was very disappointed by this behavior.

Front desk people and hotel workers were so friendly, first room was ice cold and the heat didn’t work so we had to change rooms, breakfast area is too small, there was no food to eat at 9!! The kitchen lady was getting certain people extra food that we had to leave and eat outside! Room was clean.

Xavier checked us in and was really friendly and professional. The hotel made sure we were on the ground floor since my husband is disabled and can't walk very far. Jacob checked us out and made sure we had a good stay. Will stay there again when we come back to this area !!!

The staff at this hotel are very hardworking and friendly. Jacob was such a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We (my family and I) stayed in one of their suites which had a door separating the living room with a couch bed and two queen size beds. The room was perfect, with microwave, refrigerator and most of all privacy and space. I would definitely stay here again. They also have free breakfast and a heated pool (although heat wasn’t on was still very pleasant).

Check in was great. The lady at the counter was very helpful. Knowing that I would be leaving early in the morning, I asked if I would be able to get muffins or anything. She said that should not be an issue. Also, if the hot food was already out they would let me get some of that too. That was not the case the next morning. They did ask me if I wanted muffins or something. They did not look very appealing so I did not take anything.
Just to give an update because it looked like it had been a while since anybody had said anything they do not have a hot tub at the pool, even though the signs on the pool door says "pool and whirlpool".
The room was clean, but nowhere close to immaculate. Softest bath towels I've had at a hotel in a very long time.
To me the bed was comfortable.

Be sure to bring your own soap/shower gel, as the only soap in the room was a small bar at the sink for handwashing.
The room was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

I forgot my glasses when I checked out . Stuff was super kind and then allowed me to find it in the room after check out.

It is a nice property but a bit difficult to locate. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable

The first two nights, the air conditioner rattled loudly. The maintenance man came and thought he fixed it, but then it didn't cool at all. The following night, the weather changed and it was cold out. The heater didn't work either.

The hotel stay was pretty average. Things could have been maintained/ cleaned a little better. My biggest issue was upon check in i gave the manager a card to hold the room(that was his explanation) and i told him i would pay cash at check out. He said that wasn't a problem and finished checking us in. When checking out, i was informed by another employee that i had already paid for the room... although the issue didn't cause any financial problems, it was annoying that it shows the manager wasn't really listening.

It was very nice, and bed was comfortable. As far as Cleaning. The maids need to check under TV cabinet. It wasn't so clean with old food that got under it? Would stay again.

The front desk was amazing at check-in. The room was also top-notch. Our only negative comment would be breakfast. The breakfast area was not clean. I found a spray bottle of disinfectant to clean the table we sat at. The food items were not stocked! We (and others) waited for eggs and sausage. There were only a few slices of bread and bagels. Those items were never restocked. The breakfast was our only disappointment. We’ve stayed at your hotel many times. This was the first time we were disappointed in the breakfast.

The young lady that checked me in kinda rushed the process. Before I can place my ID back in my wallet, she was back in the office talking on her phone. After 2 hours in the room, I decided to turn the air off that had been going since I entered the room. The one in the bedroom had leaked on the carpet. So, it was soaked. I was not able to switch rooms and the manager would not be available until Monday. It was a Saturday. Outside that, it was a bad hotel.

Our toilet seat was falling off, the cleaning staff should have reported this, room was fair with cleanliness. When I went down for breakfast 45 minutes before closing they had no sausage or bacon left. It also seemed very picked over. Not sure if I would return again

Could not change channel on TV , seemed to be missing a cord , went to front desk , at 5:00 pm waitted about 10 minutes for anyone to show up. No maintenance person on site. Explained the situation got no help at all.

Chose that hotel for its location near the amphitheater for an event I was attending. Would repeat the choice as experience was good

The stay was good with one hiccup. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. However, the bed was a surprise. It was much like a parallel of Goldilocks in which she chose the bed that was too firm. It may have been just me, but I believe that the bed was too firm for my liking.

The hallways were littered with trash, our outlets were not properly attached to the walls which is extremely unsafe. The shower temperature knob was coming out of the wall. The room was poorly lit. We had an ant problem. We didn’t have a safety latch on the door which was extremely un nerving considering they knew we were traveling with a small child. Over all this was my second stay in this hotel it’s been three year since my last stay and I was hoping we wouldn’t have the same problems as last time but come to find out we had those problems plus several more. Not to mention the pool had a film of dirt and oils on top and was absolutely trashed. After calling down to the desk to complain about the kids being left unattended in said pool and being loud and noisy nothing was done.

We were there for a concert at credit union one amphitheater. It was a 10-15 minute drive. There is a Texas Roadhouse next door, otherwise you need to drive. Breakfast was good. The usual. Staff were friendly.

I like the helpful staff members.
I didn't liked that the breakfast didn't have turkey sausage on the menu.

The breakfast was not good. It was cold and was out of coffee

The staff was friendly. However, it took me 45 minutes of standing in line to check in - nearly causing me to be late to a wedding. The person in front of me was complaining about a double charge. Once I finally made it to my room, there were a few fast food drinks from the previous stay still in the fridge, missing lamp shades, and ants all over the desk. Wouldn't stay again.

The rooms were updated, but our first room had not been prepared so it wasn’t ready (at 5pm). We were given another room on a different floor (after we walked into a room with an unmade bed and a the air conditioning unit taken apart).
The woman at the front desk was flustered and didn’t really apologize (she seemed annoyed about the situation but it felt like she was taking it out on us), but did get us a room. There were also two large spiderwebs above our beds that we had to remove so our kids would sleep.

The cleanliness and comfort were goo, no complaints there. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay, but they did replenish with clean towels. Also, there were no spoons for things like yogurt and cereal. When we asked for spoons, we were told "We have no spoons." There are a multitude of stores in that area, I can't imagine why the hotel management didn't just get some from a store???
