Great NYC location for most major events. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel lobby is a bit worn, but rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly! Great midtown location. Walking distance to Bryant Park, Times Square etc. Subway 1 block away.

Our stay was good, the breakfast was adequate and the location excellent. The staff were lovely. Unfortunately the price of the room went up dramatically from the spring to the fall. We feel it was too expensive for the price, and lacked in amenities.

This hotel was really nice and clean. Staff was professional, welcoming and prompt if needed anything. Breakfast and the gym was the bomb! We truly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Joseph helped us find restaurants, transportation to the airport, and a ride to our ferry. It was a wonderful 16th birthday trip for my daughter as a result of everyone’s kindness.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are decent but the policy of only cleaning every other day is poor. We stayed 4 days and in that time the maid only visited once. I had just got out of the shower so had to send her away. Which meant 4 days with 2 towels, 2 sachets of coffee and no bed linen change - not great.

Perfectly placed close to Times Square and bit more affordable than other similar hotels in the same area. Room on a smaller level than expected (and compared with other Hampton Inns) but generally cleaned and clear. Some spots here and ther on the wall or furniture made correcting imperfections that resulted in mostly not a good look. The front desk generally ok but will not offer early check in for anything. Not only to us but too a lot more. We reached the premises earlier and talked with them we paid the security deposit and we webt looking around (cause it was pretty early anyway). Getting back they were still reclutabt with early check in and they checked us in at 2:57 PM (3.00 is the official time) even if the room being already ready (heard the discussion while checking in as “is ready since about maybe 2 h ago” in Spanish thinking that most will not understand the language). Late check out is also not a real option. Normal check out is at 11, the best they will offer is at 12 but pointing clearly that is better to check out earlier than 12 (even if they give no reason like due to high occupancy or something). So the check options very limited. The breakfast also very likited: only eggs (boiled or in small omelettes), some sausage and potatoes for hot and milk, cereals and waffle for the rest. Fruits almost nothing (limited amount of pieces of pears, apples and oranges) and sweets, other than the waffles that you can make, maybe some mini-muffins and thats kind of it

Property and staff were good. Room and bathroom starting to show some age. Breaksfast quite basic - I have had more selection (fruit, yogurt, bakery items) at other Hampton Inns. Breakfast staff worked hard...i appreciated their effort.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was very clean and our room was updated nicely. For Manhattan, I felt the rooms were very good size, too.
Subway stops in either direction from the front door within half a block. Easy access from JFK via subway/AirTrain, and steps from Times Square. And even in this busyness, didn't hear a lot of outside noise.
Only issue was the elevators were always full. So if you are in the middle floors, it can be tough to get down (either lots of stairs or a long wait). This is common in all hotels in this area, just a nature of NYC, only mention so you are prepared.

The position of this hotel is great for a city trip to NY.
Only the direct outside area seems not so secure.
Elevator and breakfast are to small/less for the size of the hotel and the amount of people.
The roomkeeping was only every 2nd day.
All in all it was ok for our 4 nights stay.

Great location to stay near Times Square. Subway right at the corner. They have coffee and water at the lobby . Rooms r comfortable. The corridors are v narrow and there are homeless and wired people always sitting outside near the pavement at all times so that’s a minus , otherwise it’s a v good place to stay.

Right in time square, clean rooms and not that expensive. Decent 3 stars

It was a great property, loved the security aspect. Loved being so close to Time square. It was quiet at night. The only issues we had were the WiFi did not work at all the entire time we were there and there were a few dead knats on the wall in the breakfast area sit down bench. Other than those it was clean, nice, and an enjoyable space

Overall it was clean, convenient and had great customer service.

Very average hotel with a very more than average price! The worst aspect was breakfast, not enough room to move and collect the items you wanted from the buffet, and quite often nowhere to sit, as the facility was far too small for the size of the hotel.

The location was ideal, the rooms were fairly clean, the staff were friendly and the free breakfast was a perk. Would have been nice to get the room cleaned every day rather than every other day.

Absolutely love the location! A delicious pizza place right next-door called Carnegie! The hotel room was clean, management downstairs was friendly and quick with check in! Had a great couples weekend! Would stay again! it’s right next to Times Square! But still out of the way for a bit of privacy.

Very good location, ok room, ok breakfast but absolutely terrible service. No one smiled at this hotel! The receptionists were almost angry all the time and very very slow.
At the check out we saw one girl that smiled and knew what she was doing. Otherwise they were terrible.
We had to ask many times to be able to get our room done and change the towels. Have never experienced such a thing.
