The hotel is beautiful and the beach amazing, the problem is that you have to pay to use it. The pool seems to be great but you can't swim without a cap, and they don't provide one (not available to buy or rent either).
The hotel is a wedding location so fireworks at 2am and loud music every night during my stay (4 nights in August).
Not a tourism relaxing hotel, the focus is weeding party and guests.

Beautiful property. Lovely staff, particularly Alfredo in the bar.
Sadly, the food was not to our taste. We ate in the dining room twice, our first meal was poor - seafood pasta gooey and overly fishy. Seabream so salty almost inedible. Our second meal was much better, spectacular lamb and pulled pork.
Regardless, we enjoyed our experience but would suggest servers do a quality check on the meals.

If you do not book directly it is a charge of €40 to use beach loungers, if you are lucky to get a spot. The resturant has only 2x meat and one vegaterian option for a menu thats is over 10 pages across the 2x resturants. The main resturant food was very bland. Check out is at 10:30 and you have to haggle to use the pool for a couple of hours despite checkin being 1500. They just need to make a few options to be perfect

The hotel is beautiful and the facilities and food are excellent, but the air conditioning in the room did not cool and we could not use the safety box because it had no batteries.

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and cozy hotel at the beach of the sea.

I had read the reviews about the rudeness of staff, and unfortunately experienced it during our stay. The restaurant and beach bar staff are very nice, but the reception staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. We had booked this hotel specifically because it was pet friendly, but on arrival were told we could not have our two standard poodles in our room, their policy is 10 lbs weight limit. After consultation with manager, we were told we could stay if we took another room that was not seaview as I had booked, and over $300 more for two nights. After much discussion back and forth, they finally let us stay in the room we had booked. Needless to say, this was not a good start to our stay. The facilities are very nice, but the rooms are tiny.

Great location on the beach but limited transport options

Loved the all-inclusive nature of the property. Very friendly service team and great location!

The property is very nice but unfortunately the staff were rude, disrespectful and even stuck up. They made sure to make my family and I feel unwelcome and as though they were doing us a favor. Hard to believe that we were paying costumers. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

I don’t think this property has been properly vetted by hotels.com (at least recently), and I would not recommend it to English speakers. The website lists all the languages spoken at this hotel, but only 1 or 2 people spoke some English. Multiple miscommunications made us feel like unwelcome, barely tolerated guests.
The bill we were given at check out was in Italian, so we were not able to verify what was charged to our room. Only after we checked out of the hotel (in a rush to catch our flight home early morning) did I notice (through google translate) that we were charged for ‘beach chairs’ that we did not use. We were told the pool was free to use, but apparently, we were still charged 70 euros per day. I can only assume this is because we ‘checked out’ the towels by the pool (with our room card). The website says “windsurfing on site”, there is no windsurfing on site. This was the main reasons we booked this hotel, otherwise we would not have hired a private driver to take us to and from this hotel. It is not worth it. This is mainly a wedding/party facility and a public/paid beach club. We were not allowed to go to one of the restaurants on site with other guests, no explanation why. Instead we were seated next to a children’s birthday party, where we had to listen to them yell and have mini meltdowns while the hired entertainers dealt with them. Even their own parents didn’t sit with them. I could go on about all the bad experiences, but there is no more room. :(

This was a nice quite resort style stay. The staff was very friendly and the facility was beautiful. With a pool, hot tubs and access to the beach it had everything we needed to relax. The parking was onsite and felt safe. The best part of the whole experience was the fireworks the had every night.

Beautiful and cozy spa hotel on the beach.

Super nice, modern hotel that makes you feel like you are in Bali :). Breakfast was great, easy onsite parking, private beach. The only issue is the surrounding - there is not there, seems like vacation homes and the cities around are quite derilict. It’s perfect if you want to stay just on the beach or if just passing through but not great if you want to explore the surrounding. We were passing by and it was perfect for us.

We stayed here for a weekend with some friends. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean but had a little water damage on the walls. We all had an issue with our doors not being able to lock. After we told the front desk, they did not do anything about it. So our rooms were not secure our whole stay. The food is not worth the price at their restaurant. Its a course meal for 30 euro and you have a choice to pick an antipasti and a first or second course and a desert. The portions were small compared to what youd get at a regular Italian restaurant. The food wasnt that impressive. They did have a nice shower and a jacuzzi that was really enjoyable and the beach was great.

This place has the wow factor
From a style, design and comfort factor it has ‘it’. But the staff undermine it. No warm welcome. No guidance for first timers. No
Advice on the restaurant. So yes , we loved it but it can learn lessons on customer care to male it exceptional! I think when we checked out i got a bill and goodbye but not a thanks!

We took a family trip at the beginning of July and had a fantastic experience. The staff are all wonderful, extremely attentive and responsive. The property is gorgeous as well as immaculately maintained and clean. We will visit again no question.

Fantastic resort. Clean, well maintained... a little jewel along the coast. Great amenities with beach themed design. Lots of attention to cleanliness and detail. Friendly staff with a great poolside outdoor bar.

Very inflexible and unhelpful when our travel plans changed as a result of the BA pilot's strike. Food limited in range and quality. Room adequate but facing road and car park and noisy late at night.

Beautiful, well-appointed resort on the sea. The local area is a little "sketchy" but don't worry about that. Just enjoy the resort and it's great service and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway.

Other than the evening restaurant staff, which was friendly, the hotel staff generally seemed cool and indifferent to whether we were there. They had a swimming pool, which our kids were excited about, but it closed by 8pm and didn’t open again until 10am so we only had about 20 minutes when we could use it. In addition, guests are required to wear a swim cap to swim in the pool, which put off my older children, who then chose not to swim. Finally, we booked the family suite so our family could be together and my kids were excited about the bunk beds in the room. When we got there though they did not have the family suite available and instead put us in normal connecting rooms - I understand it would have been less expensive for us to book separate rooms initially and yet we got no break on the price - again somewhat odd and disappointing. In all, the facilities seem nice and the place has potential but we felt this was sort of a bizarre hotel experience for us and believe the staff, particularly the front desk staff, may benefit from additional training. Were we to return to this area, we would try something else next time.

Awesome place without a lot of folks in October. There were weddings next door all three nights Saturday-Monday that we stayed. Beautiful set up. Great service offerings. As I mentioned it was slow.

The hotel is an oasis of luxury and relaxation. The rooms are stylish and the food is cooked beautifully. The area is a let down but the beach club is gorgeous.

The hotel has been refurbished very nicely until April 2018 showing up now as a well-equipped modern facility - unfortunately not 100% ready concerning the hotel bar and some of the beach facilities.
The staff is the biggest asset of this Resort - always friendly and supportive, willing to provide any assistance needed.
A real problem for hotel guests - not mentioned in hotel descriptions yet - may be the on-going celebrities in the "Mamamare Club", which is located in the same building - mainly used for weddings. Hotel guests might not like disco music and fireworks until late in the evening almost every day/night.
