The house was very clean and well kept. It was also very welcoming and I would highly recommend if you have a family. It was also very central to everything in Albuquerque.

This house was just what we needed. We were pleased to have more than ample room for our family. It was conveniently located with a grocery store (Smith’s) in close proximity for driving. We had a lovely time in this quiet beautiful house. We enjoyed both courtyards as the sun moved over the house. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Albuquerque.

This house held 3 adults and one child very comfortably! We enjoyed the outdoor seating options, the flow of the house, and excellent communication with the host. Thank you.

Rented for my family while they were in town for my daughter’s graduation. Plenty of room, clean, quiet, great location.

We stayed here for the long weekend of our oldest child's graduation. The property was beautiful, well-kept, and impeccably clean. The house was very spacious, allowing each of us to have our own room and bathroom, as well as a place to retreat. We mostly ate out, but on the few occasions we cooked, the kitchen had everything we needed. We were also treated to coffee and cookies in the kitchen when we arrived. The outdoor spaces were also incredible. We enjoyed eating outside under the umbrella in the Southwest's delightful climate, and snoozing in the hammock. Instructions were clear and not complicated. Communication with hosts was fantastic. This really was an ideal experience for us. Next family trip to Albuquerque, we will definitely look up this property again.

We stayed with another family for soccer tournament. The house was very clean and much more spacious than it looked in pictures. It was really nice having three bathrooms. Nice outdoor spaces. I loved the small touches like a bag of local coffee, with half and half in the fridge and a bag of local cookies!!! We had a little trouble getting in initially due to the code not being set, but all it took was a quick call to the owner. He resolved it quickly and was so kind. Would recommend this property and would stay there again.

The house was very clean and had lots of space for two adults and two teens. There were lovely outdoor spaces that we didn't use because ir was cold while we were there, but i wish we could have, including a grill, private fenced yard, and nice landscaping. There is a city park literally right around the corner for anyone with younger kids. The house was extremely quiet and virtually no traffic It's convenient to many attractions and restaurants in town as well as having grocery stores right down the street. We didn't need to contact the owners during our stay, but they made sure we had their contact information in case we needed to text or call at any time.

First and foremost, the home is much larger than expected. It has two living areas inside and two additional patios outside. The home was clean and well appointed. The centralized location allowed the family to get just about anywhere in ~15 minutes.

This house has a great flow to it. It’s got a nice space in the back where our preteen enjoyed some space but also plenty of communal space. The owners were responsive and when I needed an early check were able to accommodate me so I could work. Nice outdoor space also and the location in ABQ was very convenient.

We thought the listing looked nice, but we were even more excited to see it in person. This location and house was great! I loved how spread out the rooms were, and that there were two master bedroom suites. This worked great since we had us, our kids, and our parents all staying together.

We had a great stay over the week of Thanksgiving at this house. Great house, great yard, and great location in Albuquerque. The house was a great place for our extended family to stay for the Thanksgiving holiday.

My family and I spent 8 nights here during Albuquerque’s Fiesta. The house is huge with lots of beautiful outdoor space. It also is right across the street from a park which my 2 year old loved. It is about 15 minutes from the balloon park which was great and there are supermarkets very close by. Eric was very kind and very responsive to me. One of the best places I’ve stayed!
