Loved the neighborhood, perfectly located to walk to pool, beach, dinner and shopping! The house was clean and plenty of space. Loved the pools, swim up bar and beach area. We attended a wedding at the resort that was amazing!

This property was even better in person! Very spacious for 8 adults, only a 6 min walk to the resort and pools, had a free shuttle to barefoot landing (shopping and restaurants) that picked up and dropped off at doorstep for free! We loved the screened in porch and large kitchen. Some things i wish i knew before we booked: they only give a “starter kit” of things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and dish soap so bring your own! Now, this was made clear in an email they sent closer to check in but to be honest I didn’t catch it bc it was a very cluttered email and I wish it was in the listing details while booking. Another thing is that the kitchen had some stuff but I wouldn’t say fully stocked - bring salt and pepper if you plan to cook! Overall, now that we know to come prepared, we would stay here again bc it is a very nice space and location!!

The open floor plan with a main floor master was great, and we loved sitting out on the large screened patio. The short walk through the landscaped neighborhood to the resort area with multiple pools and swim-up bar was great, and a short walk in the other direction took us to a choice of multiple nice restaurants. The equipment in the fitness center was high quality and in very good condition. Beyond the pool area is a jewel of a long stretch of soft sand beach - we relaxed there using the chairs and beach umbrella provided. When we didn't feel like carrying our gear walking one morning, it was nice to have the parking garage right by the pool area.

The stay was fabulous. Only had a few glitches. There was no trash bag in kitchen trash can and no toilet paper in the upstairs bath. I reported it. Unfortunately the items never came so we had to supply our own.

The house was ideal fit for a family of 6 but you could fit more if needed without feeling crammed if they are kids. My daughter’s friend stayed with us for a few days as well. We were happy with the communication regarding check in/checkout. We received a message a few hours before check in that the house was ready without us having to call. Overall great job Vacasa!!

My girlfriend and I were excited to arrive at this home which is beautiful only to get there and discover that the house wasn't fully cleaned. The cleaning crew left the vacuum plugged up in the middle of the floor, kitchen wasn't cleaned, dryer was going, broken objects in the home, etc. We were told by the manager that it would be hours before they could place us in another house which could have been anywhere. We declined and was confined to the lower bedroom of the home and nowhere to put our refrigerated items that we brong along for the trip. A very horrible check in experience. No one came out to finish cleaning until 10:30 the next morning. The manager assured us that we would receive a $75 credit for each night that we stayed and we haven't received anything. He hasn't responded to any of our text or calls. Very unprofessional and unfair. Very disappointed in the way Vacassa handled the situation.
