Upon entering, ascend the stairs to discover a delightful wraparound deck adorned with inviting rocking chairs, ideal for unwinding. Adjacent to this, a generously sized screened patio beckons with comfortable seating arrangements and a charming outdoor dining space, setting the stage for immediate relaxation and leisure.
Stepping inside, the interior of this home greets you with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and tastefully upgraded furnishings. The open and spacious kitchen is perfectly designed for preparing family meals and comes equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range, a second oven, and a microwave. Abundant cabinetry ensures all your kitchenware needs are met. The dining area boasts a table with seating for ten, complemented by five counter seats and an additional table in the kitchenette area that accommodates four more guests.
The main floor encompasses three bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed. The den not only conveniently opens to the pool area but also provides a peaceful spot for those seeking solitude or movie time. Various seating options, a queen pull-out sofa bed, a 60” wall-mounted smart TV, and a Blu-Ray DVD player ensure the ultimate in entertainment. For those who need to work while on vacation, a well-appointed desk and writing center are conveniently located here.
The ground floor is also home to four additional bedrooms, each offering its unique charm. In the fourth bedroom, find two queen beds, a wall-mounted 32” flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a shower. The fifth bedroom features two twin beds, a wall-mounted 32” smart TV, and a private bath with a shower. The sixth bedroom serves as another master suite, providing direct access to the pool area. This bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a wall-mounted 42” smart TV, and a spacious master bath equipped with both a tub and a walk-in shower. The seventh bedroom is a kids' haven, complete with custom-made double bunks featuring four twin beds, each with its reading nook.
