It was great and beautiful mostly everything satisfying

The staff very friend specially MS PUTU AND MR NEWMAN AND ALL THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AMAZING EXPERIENCES the view is great the breakfast is so yummy with options its well cleaned and organized

The towels are old and too much mosquito coming to ur room from small cracks its not a big deal since ur living in-front of the forest

Amazing!!

Beautiful scenery and views, luxurious and spacious rooms. Amazing staff and great food in the restaurant. I actually proposed to my soon to be wife here!!

Generally good but only lizzards because of jungle

Everything is clean and comfortable. Employes are so kind and hardworking.

There are too many lizzards on the hotel. While we are eating , swimming , sleeping all areas include lizzards because of jungle

Fantastic hotel with incredible staff

Excellent View

I stayed in the Royal Pool Villa and it had a spectacular view of the nature. The pool was great size and it offers very high privacy. For breakfast, they offered us option of in-villa breakfast or in the restaurant with option to have it a floating breakfast with no extra charge. The breakfast is a set menu of three options which was limited options but good. The villa had two floors were the living room is open to nature with the pool. The bedroom is in the upper floor. TV has Netflix. There was even a jacuzzi next to the pool. The hotel's location is about 14 minutes drive from Ubud center and used "Grab" app for transportation around Ubud and to/from the hotel which was excellent.

The pillows were hard but we asked them and they provide softer once. As the living room is "open" to nature, you might encounter some insects such as mosquitoes, ants, forgs...etc. However, it's was ok with us as that's part of being in the nature.

Breathtaking views and rooms.

The Helpful staff, The Beautiful Property. The Facilities available I.e. the Pool, Jacuzzi and the Views from the Tub. Though there was a little issue with the electricity only in our room. but the Staff went out of the way to make our stay Comfortable and amazing. Honestly I will recommend this for the Couples to come n stay here. The Hospitality of the Staff won my heart, especially the staff Called Ade. The Property owner is lucky to have him as a staff member. A beautiful n beautiful Stay here. I will definitely come back here.

Exceptional

The staff at Ayuterra went above and beyond to ensure our stay in ubud was extra special. We were greeted with a warm welcome each day. Our room was perfect, spacious, lovely views, comfy bed. Breakfast was delivered each morning to our room which we could choose and personalise the day before, there was even the option to have breakfast in the pool which was a treat! Thank you Ayuterra for making a special, memorable stay.

The gym equipment was a little rusty, and not the easiest dumbbells to use. Ideal space for one person, was a little cramped for two. Nonetheless, your workout is what you make of it - and the phenomenal views more than made up for it!

Breakfast selection was very good & very tasty. Excellent service & staff are very friendly. The views are incredible. I have stayed in Ubud many times & this accommodation was the best by far.

Personal outdoor spa had issues & the fishpond water feature was very load.

Perfect for a private stay, like a honeymoon!

I loved the attentiveness of the staff! They really made sure to attend to our needs but yet gave us a lot of privacy and peace and quiet. They will take note of when we leave, and then make up our room, little things like this. They remembered our faces and room, I didnt even need to mention my room name! Will definitely come back again!

Simply amazing, if you want to go somewhere with the perfect jungle backdrop in Ubud, look no further.

It was the perfect venue to begin our honeymoon. The staff were nothing short of sensational. They were kind, attentive and quick to respond to any requests we had. Nothing was too big of an ask. All staff knew your name, it felt incredibly personal that you sometimes just don’t get at 5 star hotels. The hotel is perfectly positioned, close enough to central Ubud so you can get there quickly in a taxi to enjoy Ubud’s many wonderful eateries (we loved Simply Social) but far enough away you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Our villa had a stunning view of the valley and river over the infinity pool, the only sound coming from the various animals in the jungle - it was so peaceful and relaxing.
