Awesome seaside view and perfect location withing walking distance from the beach and inner harbor
The shower lower part was not leak proof, so water went out from the shower area

Everything.. Location, room staff all were of exceptional quality
Nothing to complain

Villas on hienolla paikalla ja ilmalämpöpumppu plussaa. Aamupalalla oli riittävästi tarjontaa. Hyvä että huoneen saa tarvittaessa pimeäksi.
Ilmeisesti verhoista irtosi todella paha haju.

Superb location close to the harbour area, which is the nice part of the city. Our ‘Villa’ was a few meters from the sea with a wide panorama from the glass villa.
Breakfast was too salty. I’d suggest you leave the salt up to the client.
In the ‘Villa’, some details to improve the overall experience: put enough towel hangers; put a proper place where to plug the electric cattle; provide where to hang the wet swimsuits; clean the glass roof.
Two single beds with separate bedding doesn’t really work! With that price, we expected a better, more practical ’villa’ experience.

The view was the best part of the cabin.
Beds were not very comfortable. There was no window to open, the smell of the air conditioner was very bad, we had to keep the main door opened all the time (which was not an option in the night). Sauna was not included in the price (high price). Breakfast was okay but for the price one could expect something better - croissants were not fresh, neither the sweets. The villas are cabins, very densely packed in the area, no privacy.

Unique accommodation, location, and ease of navigation around the town. The ice walks to the wooded island and harbor sauna were special.
Though there are dozens of empty villas on the property, the few guests were placed side-by-side. In a cube with 2 glass walls, maintaining privacy becomes an issue. When others turn on their outside lights, any chance of seeing the aurora is gone.

Exceptional view, service is good, all people there are nice and helpful. a public playground just next to the hotel area which is good for family with kids, and can do different outdoor activities on the frozen sea in the winter.
The floor heat makes the room smell a bit “plastic”, the wood floor outdoor is slippery after rains/ snow, and guests can only take 15mins hot shower in total otherwise needs to wait another hour to reheat the water (but it is good for water saving :) and the shower floor hv water leakage problem make the half of the bathroom wet but the bathroom is spacious so it doesn’t affected us much

Confortable villas, with nice class roof and walls. Well-equipped kitchen, you can cook by yourself in the villa. Rich breakfast with a panoramic view on the sea.
Unfortunately, this year there was no Ice Castle....

the concept of glass roofed villa is very nice. we were 2adults and two kids. there is small sauna in the cabin, so kids really enjoyed it :) i'd say it is great for one night experience, as in general the "villa" is quite small and for family you would need more space. also I would reccomend to stay in the waterfront villa, but bigger, family villas are only in the third row.
the location in the city is also quite good - 15min walk to the very center.
in general everything is ok, just if you do not see the northern ligths through the glass roof, then it is a bit pricey :)

I was impressed by the location. We were there 2 colleagues from 2 companies and we enjoyed the place, it offered a great rest after work, when we had a walk by the seaside taking breathtakink photos of sunfall. The accommodation is very practical and comfortable. The personnel team was very nice and helpful, breakfast was rich an tasty.

Staff were excellent, helpful, good humoured. We had dinner there and the waitress was the same. Food was good.
Having to lug our suitcases over gravel to get to the 'glass igloo'. Very hot inside, but worked out to use air con. Outlook was to sea as advertised but also to wind towers lit at night, windows not very clean, at night could hardly see out due to condensation. Twin beds, not double bed Cabin ok but not great quality.

It was comfortable and the staff was very nice.
There's a kitchenette in the villa, where you could prepare some basic dishes.
The breakfast was good (but not over the top).
-There were cleaning problems: the toilet, the cutlery, the water-heater, the blanket were dirty/stained.
-There was a strange smell in the villa.
-Like others pointed out in previous reviews, there is a 13min/hour limit for the shower. But it's more than that: it implies all hot water use. For example, I washed some dishes about 20mins before taking the shower and so my (hot-water) shower was even shorter. Being such a cold part of the world (and at this price), you would expect at least to be able to take a decent hot shower.
-The shower cabin (and some furniture) is very cheap..the whole bathroom floor gets filled with water after the shower.
-There isn't a direct access from the parking lot to the villas, you have to go all around the main building. This can get very frustrating if you have more things to carry, as you can see your car, the short way, but you can't get to it.
I find all these things very problematic for this kind of price and I would never come back here.
I understand that the price is for the experience of staying in a glass cube, but the villas are so close to one another, that you can't stay with the drapes open anyway...

Absolutely fantastic views and location, great breakfast
For this price i would expect to have public sauna turns, not just for private by order and quite expensive price.

Marvellous view both from room and breakfast terrace, villas were exceptionally comfortable, ice sculptures a nice bonus during July :-)

Beautiful design and great idea to watch the sky from bed. The bed and bedding were of high quality and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Everything needed was there. Unfortunately, the curtains had an unpleasant smell, and after taking a shower, the ventilation made a loud noise for a very long time, which disturbed and prevented falling asleep. The curtains of the roof windows did not open.

It is beautiful, even in summer. We were only there one night, which is good because the room is too bright (even with the skylight closed and the curtains closed) and with the sun never setting, it’s more difficult to sleep if you’re not used to that. Very good breakfast and even went out of their way to accommodate our vegan diet. Friendly staff and well-maintained and modern building in a sleepy little town. Good vegan and gluten-free options at nearby restaurants as well.
