Einfaches, sympathisches Hotel in bester Lage

Die Gastgeber kümmern sich und sind bemüht, einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. So gab es sogar ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, kostenfrei. Das Hotel liegt für verschiedene Ausflugsziele ideal. Auch die Lage am See ist idyllisch

Das Frühstück dürfte ausgewogener (gesünder,frischer) sein & der Kaffeeautomat ist für italienische Verhältnisse etwas enttäuschend

La mejor vista del lago.

Las vistas, sin duda lo mejor del hotel, impresionantes. Nos mejoraron la habitacion y el balcón estaba justo frente al lago, era maravilloso. Es lo único destacable del hotel, tienen mucho q reformar.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, el baño horroroso, la ducha minúscula y el suelo muy deteriorado. La cama súper baja, casi parecía un futon, , el colchón no llegaría ni a 25 cm. , muy incómodo. No hay apenas enchufes. El desayuno correcto sin más. Tienen reserva de aparcamiento justo enfrente de la puerta del hotel , te ofrecen el parking por 10 euros el día , pero un poco más arriba se puede aparcar fácilmente en una plaza y de octubre a diciembre es gratuito .

Camera piccola (402) posta in un sottotetto, non insonorizzata. Bagno piccolo con doccia improvvisata posta sopra il wc, senza box con conseguente inondazione di tutto l’ambiente. Riscaldamento assente (e c’erano 3 gradi) Letto singolo tutt’altro che accogliente: piccolo, deformato e scomodo… un’amaca! Coperte aggiuntive anni 60.

Not great value for money

The staff were accommodating and allowed us to leave some luggage at the property while we hiked - although it seemed to be quite a difficult process for them (probably language barriers). The location is convenient at the base of the mountains and close to the lake and some restaurants.

Very poor value for money - I think you're just paying for the convenient location. Here we paid double what we paid for a hotel room in Belluno (which was basic but really nice) and didn't see where that extra $ at Tea Dolomiti was coming in. We booked the budget room that mentions "mountain views" which is a very generous description - our room was very dark and faced a neighbouring building and you had to lean all the way out the window to enjoy any kind of view. The rooms are very dated and there is only one heater, no cooling facilities or fan and definitely no bathrobes as mentioned in the description. The bathroom was huge but lacked something as basic as a toilet roll holder. Apparently there was wifi, however it didn't work for either of us and when we told the reception staff they advised us to use a different network however it also didn't work. If I had my time again, I'd enjoy the town during the day/after a hike, but catch the bus out of there and stay somewhere more affordable and nicer...I just could not justify the price for value here.

Petit déjeuner correct avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes.

Il pourrait y avoir une bouilloire avec le nécessaire pour se faire du thé ou du café dans les chambres et ces dernières pourraient être rafraîchies.

Eccellente sotto tutti punti di vista, dallo staff, gentilissimo, alla pulizia, colazione e confort.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. Appena siamo arrivati il signor Gennaro ci ha fatto un'ottima accoglienza e si è messo subito a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa (ci è venuto incontro anche per il parcheggio). L'hotel si trova in una posizione bellissima, a pochi metri dal lago di Alleghe, dalla nostra camera c'era una vista lago stupenda. Era meraviglioso svegliarsi la mattina con quei colori verde smeraldo proprio di fronte alla nostra finestra. La colazione era ben assortita, sia dolce, con una grande varietà di torte e crostate, che salata. Per chi è intollerante al lattosio c'era una vasta scelta tra latte senza lattosio, latte di soia e latte di mandorla. Non mancava nulla, ma la cosa che ho apprezzato di più sono stati i pancake, fatti da Ariel, davvero ottimi! La camera molto pulita e confortevole, lo staff bravissimo, gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel.

Personalmente ho trovato tutto perfetto.

Esperienza positiva, personale molto disponibile, struttura semplice in un luogo bellissimo

Ho soggiornato qui una notte come appoggio per una salita alpinistica. Il personale e’ stato disponibilissimo, gentile e simpatico , venendomi incontro in ogni esigenza (es. colazione alle 5 di mattina, parcheggio, consigli per la cena). La stanza era confortevole, semplice e pulita, coerente con le mie aspettative, le foto e il prezzo e come plus una vista eccezionale sul Civetta. Cosa volere di piu?

Beautiful lake view

We booked a budget room and when we arrived we received a free upgrade to a lake view room. The view is beautiful. The reception was so friendly and helpful and speaks good understandable english. We realy enjoyed our stay.

Anche se soggiornato per una notte, sono riuscito ad apprezzare la struttura e ritornerò volentieri

Ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet; per mie esigenze ho potuto fare colazione prima delle ore 7.00, per cui ringrazio lo staff. La camera singola era quella più piccola, ma ciò era scritto nella prenotazione, ma comunque funzionale, curata e molto pulita.

Hotel bien situado, justo enfrente del lago. Parking de pago. El señor de la recepción fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos cambió a una habitación superior sin coste para nosotros. El desayuno está bien

Camera con vista lago...spettacolare

Hotel in un'ottima posizione, il titolare ha fatto il gentile omaggio dell'upgrade con la camera con balcone vista lago veramente spettacolare, buona colazione, camera ampia come il bagno, pulizie giornaliere con cambio asciugamani. Struttura con parcheggio a pagamento ( 10 euro al giorno ). Convenzione con ristorante vicino, molto buono.

Nel bagno bidet attaccato alla doccia, scomodo, l'armadio in camera un po' piccolino.

Con la posizione eccezionale che si trova potrebbe essere veramente speciale.

La posizione fantastica in riva al lago regala emozioni forti. Inoltre è molto vicino agli impianti di risalita. Disponibilità sul tempo di soggiorno, spesso altre strutture non affittano le camere per 3 gg.

La struttura è molto modesta stile anni 80, le reti del letto ancora a molle non si possono vedere nel 2024.

Pulizia e struttura della camera quadrupla . Accoglienza e gentilezza del personale. Sala colazione con vista lago. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Alloggio pulito e valido ma estremamente basic

Buona colazione e bella vista dai tavolini, camera pulita, posizione molto buona.

Standard della struttura sovrastimati di parecchio. Le sue 3 stelle oggi sarebbero 2 ad esagerare. Avevo la camera più economica quindi forse non fa testo ma il bagno con lo scarico a pavimento (senza piatto doccia) non è da 3 stelle così come l'arredo e la metratura della stanza minimale. Isolamento acustico assente. Detto questo, l'ambiente era comunque confortevole e pulito. Valutate però bene le foto prima di scegliere.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Ottima vista sul lago, posizione ottima e permette di vivere al meglio quello che Alleghe offre. Letto confortevole e stanza ben riscaldata. Colazione abbondante e possibilità di prendere un caffè in qualsiasi momento poiché la macchina resta a disposizione degli ospiti. Personale gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile.

La struttura è molto accogliente, situata in una posizione centrale con vista sul lago alpino di Alleghe. La gentilezza dello staff in particolare il Sig. Gennaro è stato ottima. Stanze calde e molto pulite, molto accoglienti.

Muy buena ubicación. Pero no buena relación calidad precio del alojamiento.

Me encantó las vistas al lago de la habitación. El trato del personal fue excelente en todo momento. Nos dejaron tealizar el check in antes de la hora de forma gratuita. Buena temperatura en las habitaciones.

La relación calidad precio. Ha sido un precio tremendamente excesivo por la calidad de las instalaciones. Habitaciones con muebles antiguos. Uno de los baños no tenia un plato de ducha que reteniese el agua, y en consecuencia cuando te duchabas, el baño quedaba inundado. El bufet del desayuno era algo escaso y falta de fruta (por el precio que se pagaba deberia de haber más oferta de alimentos). Se tenia que pagar 10 euros de parking por noche. Me parece abusivo si se tiene en cuenta el precio de la habitación, en consecuencia el parquing deberia de ser gratuito.

Posizione magica con affaccio sul lago . Sia dalla camera che durante la colazione ci siamo potuti godere la bellezza del lago con la sua magia e delle dolomiti innevate La colazione è varia , abbiamo gradito molto i pancake e la crostata i cornetti.La stanza pulita con letto comodo,sempre piacevolmente calda...balcone vista lago magico. Il parcheggio comodo di fronte la struttura e lo staff gentilissimo
