View was excellent from our room, which was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was very nice and affordable.
I was dissapointed that there wasn't much beach, and the conditions were not ideal for snorkeling. Also, there was never anyone at the activities shack to assist in activities or rentals.

Only the room.
Not being told of cleaning days which I expected everyday. Not getting room cleaned when requested. No generator when electricity went off for hours. Taking $200 just in case I spent money without agreement. No indication of time of room check-out.

The beach front view was amazing!!! The pool area is great. Overall it is paradise and a great hotel to stay at on the island. the staff was very courteous and helped with everything down to the smallest requests. Also the suite had a fridge, washing machine and dryer which was great.
The restaurant at the pool is very expensive and they will charge you for everything. I asked for some butter and jam, cost me $5.00. At Denny’s in the states that would never happen. I think this gives the customer an overall impression of a scarcity mindset by the owners. It’s hard to complain about a beach, but if your expecting white sand beach …. this is not the place…. there are lots of rocks and the water is a bit too choppy to swim in.

The property was in a beautiful location, located
basically on a golf course.
Bed was too soft for my back.

The room was infested with roaches. Our room was changed and we had to deal with a mildew odor radiating from the room.

room facility was big and clean.
to get to the room, one had to exit thru the front of the lobby, go in a unmarked metal, locked door to access elevator. room was on the 3rd floor as far as possible distance from the elevator. Repeat in reverse when leaving. there were stairs to go down and up without luggage. hallway was very wide and at times filled with loudly playing kids. it was just a weird setup. never again. no real restaurant (just a bar and grill) and nothing else around it as an alternative. it was very expensive for what it was.

nothing went well. cayman airways failed to advise that the passenger would be required to stay in grand cayman for 7 days rather than the overnight stay as the psgr was booked for. This was a most disgusting trick used by the airline and the government of Caymans. I will be forced to advise any psgr to avoid the Cayman islands. I advised the hotel of the situation, but the hotel does not give refunds, and cancellation is the full amount of the stay. That was a clever way to steal from persons arriving in the Caymans.
advise the psgr the covid 19 protocols when they book a flight on Cayman Airways.

clean and nice pool
beach is not a swimming beach
restaurant closed too early and no other food nearby
