Brand new, bright and spacious apartment (120 square meters), just renovated and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in every room and fast WIFI connection.
About 7 minutes from the Arena of Verona and about 10 minutes from the Verona Porta Nuova station.
Decorated in a light style with trendy Italian furniture.
Comfortable balcony with tables and chairs, view of the beautiful loggia of S. Caterina not visible from the street.
It has two bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with shower, large open plan lounge / kitchen with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, smart TV), 2 white double sofa beds.
Located on the third floor with lift in a quiet street, but close to several services such as shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets.
One room has a larger bathroom, while the other has an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony.
The beds are king size and can be detached when needed.

This is a very nice flat, close to the centre and all amenities. Everything works well, especially the aircon. The kitchen equipment is excellent and the bathrooms good with plenty of hot water.
What lets the flat down is the seating. The 2 sofas need replacing as the faux leather is peeling away and they creak. The covers slide about. And the dining and balcony chairs are basic.

Ferruccio was an excellent host who answered our queries quickly and organised taxis for us.
The apartment was a short walk from the Arena & the main attractions of Verona. I would recommend this apartment.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lovely balcony, we ate outside all the time. The kitchen was well stocked.

Property is well located half way between the train station and the centre of the old town. Very spacious apartment which was well equipped and very large and airy. Good communication with hosts and helpful with transportation from airport. Only negative for us were that the beds are firm and we prefer softer mattresses. A mattress topper would be a great improvement for us

I loved Verona. I want to come and spend a month there. So fun. Apartment was comfortable. Easy walk to the train stain, grocery stores, downtown. I highly recommend it.

Ferruccio our host met us on arrival and explained in detail our instructions for use during our stay at Cittadella. He also provided us excellent orientation and local information on what was available in our immediate location. The best of all was the location of the apartment all within walking distance to every historical site and restaurants. No car needed here.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - highly recommended.

Central location
Large and airy apartment and with aircon, given the temperature when we where there was 36C we were happy to have it. Spacious balcony for being in the city and high enough up for privacy. Central to everything so many little cafés and local restaurants on your doorstep and less than 10 minutes walk to the arena. (Piazza Bra) lots of amazing restaurants there and no more expensive than the local restaurants, however all restaurants charge a cover charge around $2 per person. Pizza delle Erbe about 15-20 mins walk but lots of shops along the way.
Ferruccio was a terrific host informing us of all the amazing places to visit local restaurants and supermarkets (I believe known as Co-op) the Spar and Pam supermarkets where just up the street from the apartment. All information regarding the apartment on the back of the door with Ferruccio’s mobile number if needed. He even arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and to take us back when leaving. Worth the money instead of hiking from the train station.
The apartment itself was perfect we were a party of four didn’t cook but everything available if you want to. Super large fridge and freezer.
Would definitely return.

Great location- but
The apartment is beautiful and spacious- we loved the location- big complaint is the noise/- one couple had to end up sleeping on the couches- neighbors “come alive” between 11-1:30am- laughing moving furniture- horrible noise. 2nd bedroom is nice- you just can’t sleep there unless you are totally deaf.

Excellent place to stay in Veronna
We we're warmly greeted, and had excellent communication with our host. We had an unfortunate incident of a tea pot left too long of the stove, and he was extremly nice about handling this. The entry way was more pleasant than other accommodations we had had. The site looked like it's pictures. It was very clean and pleasant. it was easy to get to the center of town. Easy to drive to Ravenna. I would stay again!

Perfect stay
We have stayed in this apartment with great pleasure. The apartment is within walking distance of the center of Verona. Owner is very benevolent and very flexible. We were able to stay the entire day in the apartment the last day because the apartment was not rented the following day.

Verona apartment
We weren't familiar with Verona at all but Google maps took us to the property. The owner was outside waiting for us to arrive. Once inside, she took plenty of time to show us the apartment and also provided us with helpful information on getting around and good places to eat. We really enjoyed or experience here!

We had a wonderful 6 day stay. Apartment just like the photos, clean, well equipped, enjoyed our proseco on the little balcony. We liked the location, near enough to the train station for day trips and close to our favorite gelato spot. Would recommend and return.

Fantastic Apartment
This is a superb apartment. My wife, three teenage children, and I stayed here 3 nights. The apartment was spacious and clean. It had all of the amenities of home. Ferruccio was a gracious and welcoming host. He was very kind and thoughtful. He responded to our e-mails quickly, and he was very helpful in arranging our stay in Verona. The apartment is quiet and centrally located. It is within easy walking distance of the city center and to the train station. We would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Italy.

Perfect! Couldn't have asked for more.
Ferruccio was a very gracious host, greeting us (two couples) upon arrival, and spending time before he left reviewing maps and making recommendations. The apartment, which was renovated just last year, was exactly as advertised - lovely, spacious, clean and well-located for our week long stay. The kitchen was well-appointed making it so easy to enjoy breakfast and several lunches/dinners at home. We took advantage of the parking option for an additional fee. My only comment re the parking would be that the parking spot is fine for a small vehicle, but very difficult/awkward for a larger one such as the SUV we rented, as we were four people with a normal/reasonable amount of luggage for a three-week stay in Italy.

Superb appartment in a good spot
Four of us shared this superb apartment for a week in the region.
Well located for the heart of the city and just a short walk from 2 supermarkets. There is also a wonderful German restaurant across the road. For those travelling to Venice the railway station is a 20 minute walk.
Apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. Ferruccio made sure we understood everything and offered local advice. We opted to pay for parking in the nearby garage.
We would certainly stop here again.

GREAT APARTMENT IN IDEAL LOCATION
Our first visit to Verona and how lucky were we to find this gem of an apartment. Modern, clean, light and more than spacious for four adults.
Situated central to all places of interest, restaurants, railway station and a large supermarket with a gluten free section. Ideal for me.
We arrived early and Ferruccio met us at the apartment so that we could drop our luggage. He kindly took the time to draw out a good walking route on a map for all the places of interest and his recommended restaurants.
Would highly recommend this apartment and we will certainly book again when we next visit Verona.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place
Everything about this apartment was absolutely amazing, from the white and modern decor, the cleanliness and complete kitchen attire, we were welcomed by the owner with much warmth and kindness. He had thoughtfully provided coffee, juice, cookies, milk etc.for our first day thinking that we may not have time to stop by a grocery store to get supplies. He also gave us a map of Verona and provided recommendations on restaurants and other places. The location was ideal, minutes only from the Coliseum and other major attractions. We enjoyed every moment in the apartment, thanks to Ferruccio for everything. We highly recommend this apartment.

Bright, clean and comfortable
We arrived in beautiful Verona early one morning before the apartment was available. We were greeted by the housekeeper who was most helpful and we left our luggage while the apartment was made ready.
The apartment is very comfortable and super clean and bright with comfortable beds.
Our host was most helpful and obliging, offering information and suggestions to help us enjoy this beautiful city. There is an excellent supermarket nearby and walk into the town proper is only 10 minutes away.
We loved our time in Verona and it was enhanced by staying in this delightful apartment and the friendly manner of the housekeeper and the owner Ferruccio. I must also mention that Ferruccio answered any queries we had promptly by email between when we booked until we arrived. I throughly recommend this apartment for your visit to Verona.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location
We had a great experience from start to finish. Ferruccio answered my emails quickly before our arrival and gave us clear directions and information. He was at the apartment when we arrived and was very thorough in explaining everything to us and showing us the location of the main sights, nearby restaurants and supermarkets on a map.
The apartment was spotless, well-equipped and modern just as depicted in the photos on the website. The kitchen was well set-up for cooking meals, the bathrooms were modern and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and each had a television. We were able to access English language channels on the television.
There was a convenient lift to the apartment and the double-glazed windows ensured that any external noise was barely noticeable. The heating was excellent throughout the apartment and we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk from Piazza Brà and the Arena and the many shops, cafés and restaurants. There are also cafés and restaurants in the immediate area.

Great Verona apartment!
We were 2 adult couples staying for 5 nights in this great apartment. The flat seemed like new, with all equipment needed for cooking, washing and relaxing. Nice balcony, great private and secure parking, super aircondition in the living room as well as in both sleeping rooms - we didnt miss anything during our stay! Can also add that the host Rosella and her husbond made all their affords to make our stay as pleasent as possible - a very nice and helpful couple! PS, the city's absolute best gelateria was just around the corner 😊 The four of us can assure everybody - no risk in renting this apartment!!
